            08/16/22. I took my car to B and K auto because of hard steering. They called and said the problem was tie-rod ends,front control arm bushings. 800$..I told them to proceed with the work order. She then said I needed a steering rack for another 400$. I said ok... I picked my 2009 ***** Traverse up and drove home... My car was the same as when I dropped it off.. I called the next morning and complained..The reception person said bring it back in and they would fix it. I picked car up same condition. Then she said another 500dollors would correct the problem because I needed a steering pump. Instead of the work they performed... Please assist me

            I took my car to have the engine replaced and now they said my transmission isnt working and want me to track one down and pay for it. my car has been at B and K Solutions since October 10th of last year and they keep coming up with excuses for why my car is not running. they claim to be a transmission specialist as listed on the sign out front. this is the worst experience I've ever been through dealing with a mechanic. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS COMPANY. I asked if they could just rebuild the transmission and the owner claimed they don't rebuild Audi trannies. After speaking with an Audi specialist he informed me that they probably ordered the wrong engine that doesn't fit the tranny and want me to foot the bill
