      08/16/22. I took my car to B and K auto because of hard steering. They called and said the problem was tie-rod ends,front control arm bushings. 800$..I told them to proceed with the work order. She then said I needed a steering rack for another 400$. I said ok... I picked my 2009 ***** Traverse up and drove home... My car was the same as when I dropped it off.. I called the next morning and complained..The reception person said bring it back in and they would fix it. I picked car up same condition. Then she said another 500dollors would correct the problem because I needed a steering pump. Instead of the work they performed... Please assist me

      I took my ******** **** gl450 on march 10/2022 for a a oil change. The company didnt info me of the cost of the oil change until after they were finished and l picked it up. The cost was $227.00. After driving the vehicle away my daughter said that it was smoking, l told her that l thought that they might have spilled a little oil on it and that it will burn off. After getting to her destination in ************ she said it has gotten worse. I told her to take pictures and video of the the smoke and send them to me. l immediately drove over from ******** to ************ to get a look for myself. After opening the hood l notice that the dip stick was missing, there was oil spraying out of the bottom somewhere. I called tow truck and had truck towed back to b&k. The next day upon talking to the owner/manager he told me there wasnt any oil leaking. I showed him pictures of the oil leak along with the pictures of the oil that had leaked out on the flat bed tow truck. He looked at it and said that it was the oil fill cap and it was no problem of his but he would order a cap for it. As l was leaving l over heard him tell the employee to fill it back up with the old used oil. All day Friday and Saturday my truck set waiting on an oil fill cap. Monday morning March 15 at 10:30 am l called b&k when can l pick my car up l was told they were still working on it, If that was the problem all he had to do was screw a oil fill cap on like the screw gas caps on. I told them l was coming to get my car and take it to the dealership because it didnt sound right that it takes 3 days to screw a oil fill cap on. I didnt want any more confrontation with this guy because he was talking aggressively so l signed a paper that they are not response for what happens to my car after l left there. Upon them bringing me my car the check engine light wason. All the damage to my car was already done due to the negligence. Tow truck towed it to dealership.I called b&k and
