  Had no trouble the 5 years we paid on the car. Had to contact customer service once but only because I had a couple questions for them. Customer Service was awesome.

  Orbit leasing sucks I lost my job due to their impatience and then they continue to pile on the bill each month still after I told them to come and pick the vehicle up they are a  joke I would not recommend them to my worst enemy when asked if they could give you a grace period they don't care they just shut the vehicle off and expect you to be abl******e to make the payment still they are trash

  At the end of 2022, I applied for financing with Oribit Leasing Inc to get a car from its affiliate Car City. It was SUCH a long and draw out ordeal that caused an increase cost to my insurance, apart from the $79 deal they like to bundle. I decided to Rescind the transaction in good faith, in accordance with 15 USC 1635. Orbit Leasings Inc. has willfully disregarded the obligation(s) imposed by the U.S Congress where a right of rescission is concerned. March of 2023 I filed a civil suit against the manager of Orbit Leasing Inc. received by an agent of Orbit Leasing Inc. as notice to the principal is notice to the agent and notice to the agent is notice to the principal. Despite the continued failure or refusal to respond, MCR 2.603 and rule 55 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure are clear. Violation of 15 USC resulting in a violation of MCL 440.9625 can be charged as Larceny! I wonder if Jeff Baker, the Principal owner of Orbit Leasing Inc is aware of the suit that has been filed and served. I'm amicable to resolve the matter but I must be compensated prior to, in accordance with 15 USC 1635(a) and (b). The Era of the buy here pay here, used car dealerships are about to be obsolete because of unscrupulous practices and greed. This review was submitted without prejudice in accordance with UCC 1-308.

  I agree with ***** and ****** (below). I've been dealing with Orbit Leasing for 8 years now, (two vehicles) and in that 8 years I've had several issues come up. No matter who I talked to during those times, they have always been very respectful and kind to me. They also would do whatever they could to help me. As far as my vehicles go, I've been very lucky. It's always hit or miss when buying a used vehicle. I'm sorry there are so many negative experiences. I'm pretty sure the staff are as well. As much as we hate it sometimes, they are only doing their jobs. They don't get to change policies. They're doing what they're told to do. I do understand that everyone's circumstances and experiences are different. I just don't want a bad light shining on every employee at Orbit Leasing, that don't deserve it. Happy New Year!! :)

  Worst company every. My husband went on medical we were behind 1 payment. And they told me in writing they would put payment to end of lease. As long as we made payment well I did just that and woke to a tow truck the day after payment.
