    Evil is alive and very active within Orbit Leasing. I paid my car note faithly every month. The GPS system start turning off while I was driving the car. I almost was killed in the car three different times. Yet the so called mechanic they sent the car too was ripping me off. I paid for parts that wasn't needed at all. The dam GPS system had to be replaced. The only thing they want is money. Ohh if you don't pay we will turn the car off. Well keep it I'm not going to put my life in danger no longer. I'm so disappointed in people.

    I would never do business with orbit leasing again in my life these are the worst ungrateful people I ever got a car from they turned my car off while I was out of town had to get a way home because I didn't know that they was closing at 1:30 on a Saturday why would they cut your car off and not let you know that they was going to be closed on a Saturday I hate or believing and card City.

    The worst. No loyalty. I have been with Orbit Leasing for 8 years. Creature of habit. 2nd car. Only late payment was pandemic year. I work 3rd. Cancer treatment. Sometimes I don't get up until 5:30 if my payment is not in they cut my car off. Even when I'm 2 or more payments ahead they call threatening to cut my car off because regardless they want payment every year. No more. I'm done. I do not recommend at all. I'm paying 500plus for a 2013 ***** CRV. I pay my bills on time all the time but if you are 30 minutes late or pay ahead they will still cut car off

    This company will take your money and still not turn your car on.. they have no situations in place for emergencies and do not comply with MI notification laws in stating when they will shut a car off.. this has caused us for two days not now to be able to go to a hospital great job guys!

    Orbit leasing ***** they dont care about your situation that you have going on first off they care **** the car kept cutting off at every stop light and stop sign, in the middle of traffic I thought it was the the battery or alternative but it was it had something with the electric issue in the car the I couldnt afford the vehicle due to health issue and Covid so I gave it back now they want to keep trying to garnish my check please dont ever get a car through orbit leasing I beg you you will be sorry frfr

    This is the 1st time I had to complain about this company. I got my suv 4 yrs ago and out of no where my whole muffler system goes out. And with no help from them on the service contract the deductible is the price of the repairs but is no longer valid cause it's over the phase term limit time( months) or miles but I'm still paying for that part of my contract and for what if it's no good to me.

    Honestly, this place just breaks my heart. First off, I bought a Turbo car from and the Turbo went bad within the first few months. I paid for the extra warranty and it did NOTHING for me what's so ever. Since then, I have had so many problems with this car it's insane hence I come up short on payments here and there because of all the money I have had to dump into this car. I honestly wouldn't even complain if their employee Jen / Jenny wasn't so rude & condescending. She is literally the only employee there who will not work with you. I paid half my months payment and they still shut my car off. It's supposed to snow tomorrow and she says they will NOT turn it back on until I pay the remaining balance. I get it that I owe but to be fair, I am NOT even a month behind. They don't care. You can be two weeks behind and they shut your car off. Don't go through them if you don't need to. They seriously do NOT care about their customers and her attitude proves it every time I've spoke with her. Brittany on the other hand, is a very sweet helpful person. If I only delt with her, this would probably be a different story.

    I have been dealing with Orbit Leasing for the last 5 years,today I payed off my vehicle. During my time with this company they have been outstanding since day one. I have never dealt with a more passionate polite caring group of people. Their teamwork is outstanding as well and they always made me feel like a valued customer and person,especially one person by the name of BRITTANY. Brittany has always been so polite and helpful. She is an asset to this company and I hope she is recognized as so. So thank you Orbit Leasing and Brittany for all you've done to make my experience a great one. Definitely a 5star and beyond!
