Thanks for your feedback regarding a recent sign up with our services. I show you signed up on July 18th, 2023 and requested an immediate cancellation of services due to not understanding the full scope of our services due to being hard of hearing. ************ in our customer service department canceled your account the same day and issued a refund for your payment. 1 starInteresting reviews.I have been hesitant to join and after reading all the reviews I think I will pass on this.She (presenter) talks a million miles per/sec and that always makes me nervous.Having said that, it does not mean he is disingenuous.After going to BBB (better business bureau) I have decided not to pursue Nine9 Modelling and Acting.Finally, the onus is upon the agency to provide the platform to which talent is provided.Simply collecting a roster does not constitute a comfortable form of security.I am surprised that there are limited positive statements. In fact I have yet to see one.Nine9

1 starWhat a scam beware! They scam you for $99 on a zoom call and then they have the nerve to try to get an additional $39.95. They do nothing for you except take your money!!! Legitimate talent agents dont take money from you unless they get you work.Nine9

I show you submitted your cancellation request as a response to a training classes you were being invited to attend, which is part of the services paid for. In addition to these training classes we regularly update your talent account with castings for self submission.
All of our services and fees are explained verbally on the call as well as in written form on the sign up page and terms of service. My apologies there was any confusion in understand these fees. I've noted this with our management team as transparency with our services is important for consumers to make the best decision for them.

1 starI found this company through an ad on ******** but also heard about it from friends of mine. Was on my call when they told me to be on my call but apparently it was an hour later than I was told and also too was not told it was eastern time instead of Pacific time which is the time zone I live in. When I was told that there was technical difficulties I kept being told to reschedule and I kept telling them I was not able to reschedule at least for another day. Then got on the call and was still told that I needed to reschedule for another day kept telling them it's not fair to me to have to reschedule when the problem was not my fault. But also too after reading online and remembering from when I was part of a talent agency before you should not have to pay a fee for for a talent agency up front. So do not fall for this scam.Nine9

1 starNine9 is a complete and total scam and should not only be shut down but everyone involved should be arrested. They advertise on ******** and instagram that THEY are the casting companies in charge of hiring extras for certain movies and tv shows when in fact this is not true AT ALL. I know the owners of the REAL casting companies personably. Nine9 charges you to learn things that are completely free. They act like they cast things that Cl casting and others cast for. Its completely misleading and THAtS why they have a 1.3 rating on the BBB.Nine9

1 starWASTE OF TIME! They kept texting me to schedule for an audition. Finally replied and youre not on camera its a prerecorded video of a lady talking asking for money. You cant chat only questions and answers tab is open. She wont respond to you but is responding to imaginary people on the zoom. Its not an audition theres nobody there auditioning with you. They want your money!!! DO NOT SEND MONEY!! I figured it out as soon as I logged on.Nine9

We offer exposure through casting submissions and cannot guarantee work as the decision to book talent is solely up to the casting director/client.
