    Extremely ************************** Despite High Fees We are extremely dissatisfied with Pelican Property Management and the substandard level of service they provide, especially when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our community. Despite the high association fees collected every month, the conditions in our buildings continue to deteriorate.The carpets in common areas are filthy and emit an unpleasant odor, making it an embarrassment to walk guests through our hallways. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls and clearly hasnt been maintained or replaced in years. The entrance handrails are rusted and unsightlyhardly the kind of welcome residents or visitors should expect from a well-managed property.Its clear there is little to no oversight of cleaning crews or maintenance staff, and our repeated concerns have gone largely ignored. The current state of our building does not reflect the amount of money we are being charged.We are now actively planning to switch to a new property management company that can deliver the basic level of cleanliness, maintenance, and professionalism we expect and deserve.Avoid Pelican Property Management if you value accountability, communication, and a clean, well-kept living environment.

    Tried working with the management to resolve a issue ,even asked for there legal departments number numerous times .they will not give me the number ??????

    Hi,


    This individual lives in the a neighboring community to a community that we manage. The community that we manage is private property and has strictly enforced parking rules. The community that we manage has well posted towed warming signs. Mr. ******** illegally parked in the community that we manage and had his car towed. Since them he has repeatedly called our office and staff to the point it could be considered harassment. He call the property manager for this community at 4:00 AM once. Mr. ******** parked somewhere where he shouldn't have got this car towed. We do not view this as matter where we need to involve the community's attorney.

    I am not sure if the rest of their staff in this establishment are like this, but the one property manager we have for our area is the absolute worst. The property manager they have assigned to us always gives us the worst attitude and talks back more than she listens to concerns. Shocked at the sight, we simply pointed out that unauthorized garage-level repairs were done as DIY to a car in our parking lot. This put ours and our neighbors property, as well as any children walking by at risk due to the lack of safety equipment, which needed to be brought to the HOA board for enforcement. Instead of simply raising the issue to the board, we got bogged down with semantics and redundant/ irrelevant/ inaccurate info, and were told to just submit something to a portal (without any instructions/ explanations/ examples of such submission) which allows only for maintenance and architectural review request submissions. So the disregard of safety, reduction of accessibility to communications, especially ones related to safety really speak volumes of what Pelican values. Of course this isn't the first instance we had this type of interaction via email, and our property manager is usually curt in her emails. It seemed to bother her that we aligned our communication to her style.
