"Boost Mobile is by far the worst mobile service Ive ever had since cell phones became public, I talked to a dozen customer service representatives 3 were supervisors that said theyd fix everything and Ive asked for 90 days proof of billing and they refused to send me any documentation of my payments and heard nothing but it will that 7 to 10 days over and over again to the point I wanted to pull my hair out and very difficult to get anyone that you can understand because they dont speak clear English and forget going into one of there stores in person because they wont be able to do anything either they tell you that they cant help and I wonder why do they have stores and people working there because you get the same answers on their customer service phone lines.Payed off the two phones in full to get service with another carrier that they said Id have 30 days to get the documents from them Boost so as I can get the buyout from them but that doesnt seem like a possibility at this point and Im more than tired of run around from these cell phone companies."
