  I reached out and the lady mentioned she sent over my info to someone that handles concerns for the bad roof install the builders had done and I have still yet to hear back!!! My ridge vent came off and was causing leakage, now my other one is starting to come off!! Has nobody sued yet? This is ridiculous! If you did bad work then you need to fix it! I'm not sure why they did almost everything wrong in this neighborhood, not to mention the drainage problem! I need some type of resolution because doing poor work and then want to ignore people/not call people back is how you create a bigger issue!

  Bad craftsmanship. My house was bought in 2017. Nothing that I have bought seems to be covered under warranty since I bought my house. The floor in my kitchen has a buckle in it. That has existed ever since the house was constructed. Prior to our move into the residence, this was reported. I was informed that it was because the wood would contract and expand. In this case, it was because the basement's beam was installed with the wrong size. The water heater's part has been replaced, the stove has had two malfunctions, the electrical panel's fuses need to be changed, and to top it all off, there appears to be water damage coming from the roof that is causing the ceiling to collapse.

  Horrible experience overall. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. It started out to be a great experience until they withdrew money from my account and told me they didn't. I provided them with screenshots and they still said they didn't. My bank informed me that I needed to contact an attorney if they kept denying that they did and then all of a sudden they said they did have my funds! The next horrible experience was when my financing fell through and I have my letter stating this. I called the main office and the receptionist told me that someone would contact me and I have yet to be contacted. My so-called salesperson said they were working on getting my earnest money back and now I have yet to hear from them! At this point, I have to take other action because I still haven't heard from anyone, my salesperson texted me one night and went off on me because I contacted the company and now I haven't heard from them. There are nothing but unprofessional people working for this company and they need to be shut down!

  If I could, I would give Dan Ryan Builders ZERO STARS. My home was built new, and I had inspections pre-dry wall, before moving in, and again at one year. Each time, there was something that needed to be done that wasn't done correctly. Now 4 years after moving into my home, I have cracks in the foundation on 2 sides, and their builder warranty partner says it is not their issue and the cracks are not structural damage. How in the hell ARE CRACKS IN THE FOUNDATION NOT CONSIDERED STRUCTURAL?
  
  My entire community has had MAJOR issues, and DRB has just not been responsive to shoddy work!
  
  If I could do it over, I would NOT buy from Dan Ryan Builders, DRB, or whatever else they rebrand themselves down the line.

  I recently bought a new house in the ***************** at Locust Grove in 2023. The house was planned to be completed in 30 days before sold. I guess it was a rushed thing to have it built. After ****, the company engineer, and I did a walk-through inspection, I noticed that the bedroom floor was cracking, the window screens were missing, the master bedroom closet shelf had come off the wall, and the stairs making a crack noise halfway up. The **** engineer did **** the area with blue tapes as they were identified and still within the 30-day limit for fixing.As soon as we moved in, **** and I conducted another inspection. He told us the request had already been sent to the head office to approve to get the issues fixed. After a few months with no updates. I tried calling **** to get an update, but he stopped answering my calls. I went to the ******** community office to ask for ****, but I was informed that he had moved to another community job. The lady advised me to contact the warranty company in a rude way. My advice to the buyer. It's important to be cautious when buying a house from DRB or any other builder, especially if you need to close the deal in 30 days. There is a high chance that the house was not built properly, and you will face issues. Recently, the handle of my main front door came off, which is a sign of poor workmanship. I thought ****, the builder, was responsible, but it seems that he is not, and the company is also to blame. I am extremely dissatisfied with the house, and as a result, I will be posting negative reviews on all social media platforms, accompanied by photos and videos of the damages caused by DRB Group. Again BEWARE.

  Dan Ryan Homes are garbage a HUGE waste of money, money that could have been put into a nice new home without all the issues that they will NOT come back and fix. Our HVAC unit is 6 yrs old and it looks like it's 30 yrs old said repair guy's. I have called and emailed and no one has gotten back to me. Dan Ryan Homes Sheridan Estates Harpers Ferry WV. SUCK do NOT waste your money REPEAT DON'T waste your hard earned money
  Cracks,Nail pop's leaking windows and insulation not installed at all in garage/Family room/kitchen areas causing condensation leaking through ceiling and wall, they have come out 3 times and it's still not fixed and can't get them to even return my phone calls or emails

  We signed the contact in 2022 and moved in 2023. The sales agent initially was wonderful. A month before closing the builder was offering incentive and we only got half of it after requesting multiple times. I have had several issues which were not resolved on time. The major issue was master bathroom tile. Last month the shower door was removed, and the marble was replaced. The marble company removed some tiles in the master bathroom. I asked the contractor about when the tiles will be replaced and was told that he does not have the timeline. I asked for his manger's contact, I called the manger and left a voicemail. After few days I called him again and left a voicemail. Few things should have been considered before removing shower door. 1. are there any extra tile in the attic or somewhere 2. the contractor should have checked if the tiles were in stock before dismantling the shower. I was without my shower for 15 days. I reached out to sales agent so upper management is aware of it. I asked to have a response from the management and till this date the sales agent has not responded to my email. I have read lot of review here and agrees why are rated 1/5. This company should be shut down.

  Leaky pipes, Floors rotting out, thin paint, corners cut. All this I noticed over the 8 years I have lived in my home. My parents home was built in the 70s and they have zero issues. There is no reason this house should be falling apart faster than I can fix it.

  I was surprised by the complete lack of attention to details. Bedroom locks that lock from the outside (great for a jail cell) and an ac drain that drops water into a crawl space. No two doors are straight and it gets worse from here. Did you want doors that close? Floors aren’t glued to joists and we had wall pops. They sell homes with glitz and then after you sign tell you they only make “production” homes. SUPRISE!!!

  The builder refuses to pave the last section of our neighborhood. It’ll be hard to business with them again because they are not responsive.
