      my name is ******************* and my husband and I purchased our home 12/23/21. We were told by Dan Ryan that we would have a front porch installed and our foundation would be painted by July 2022. Today is 9/20/22 and still no word on these two issues being addressed. I also sent an email to request for a new paint job to be performed on the front window of the home due to the window being damaged/broken by the builders and to date no response on that matter. The day we moved in the railings for our porch was located in the garage, that railing was taken by the builders and installed on another home. Cabinets for our kitchen was scheduled to be replaced in January of 2022 but the installer rung our ring camera instead of the doorbell and when we didn’t answer he left and no reschedule date to install the cabinets have been confirmed to date. Dan Ryan has moved on to start building in other areas and have no intention to finish the job that by law they are required to finish. Please assist and hold this builder accountable.
