I am a single mother with three children living off of disability I needed a phone so I signed up for this program and so that I can get the iPhone for $25 and I bought the iPhone and they send me a galaxy phone I called and complain about it told him I wanted to return the phone and shut the service off and they refused to do any of it they will not return my money and they keep telling me that it was a glitch in their system if it was a glitch in their system they should’ve fixed it but they refused to and they took the last of my money for a phone I did not purchaseReview from Velvet T

this company is inadequate. They say if you have issues call, when you call it tells you go online to the help center or chat, neither lead to an actual person to assist you. just cycles the same troubleshooting steps that do not work or sends you to call which starts the cycle over. this company just seems like an app on auto-pilot that the developers forgot about.Review from Mel a

Maybe you'll answer me on here. I've emailed I've called and at this point I don't know what to do. My free phone is awful which that's fine I get that there's no such thing as a free lunch but would it kill you guys to answer an email or your cs line. Further more the csr's I've dealt with when I have been able to reach you have been rude and dismissive I know how to troubleshoot a phone and no its not going to magically work in 24 hours when it doesn't work now. I also feel lied to I bought a compatible phone and verified it through the website and of course your sim won't work in it so I call and Im told to buy a new sim seriously come on. There are literally hundreds of lifeline programs out there choose a different one.Review from Michael G

They sent a phone that worked had to switch network so they sent me a new phone that wasn't the same offer as last then on top of that damn thing doesn't charge or turn on and I've been without a phone for weeks now they want to charge me for a replacement when clearly it's on themReview from Lori L

I was approved for a phone on July 5th I have not received phone. It is showing that the phone is being used. I have sent numerous of emails. Tried chatting online never got a response. I’ve called everyday this week no answer I’m currently on hold and have been for 46 minutes. I think this is a scam!!Review from Lori G

This is for Cintex Wireless. I have filed an application for them a couple of days ago but was rejected because I live in a motel that's where I get my mail, etc. I need a phone so I can start my new job. I recently wrote to them then they wrote back and said they don't serve to businesses so I feel like I'm being discriminated against. Be warned if they don't like the address you will be denied.
