      I ******************************* allegedly have a bill of $19,700.49 in my name. I found out about these changes on Sept 1 2022 and since then I have tried to contact the fraud dept. several times and have not gotten to speak to anyone to explain. How this alleged bill got to this amount and why was I not contacted.? I filed a claim online in Dec. 2022 received a letter on Feb 20 2023 stating that the account was sent to outside collections. the address they have on file isn't mine and I haven't been in the Virgin Islands since 2019. What are your procedures in situations like this that a account can have a bill so high? Why wasn't this account flagged? Why wasn't I contacted? **** states they have no access to this account since they sold to Liberty ***** *******. **** is stating the account doesn't exist

      I have resided in New York City since 1994. My wireless phone carrier has been **** for many years. I've had the same mobile phone number for most of my adult life. About a year ago, I added my mother's phone number to my account with a shared line. My mother resides in Puerto Rico and has a number with a *** area code. In November 2020, I received an email from **** stating that my account was now going to be handled by Liberty Mobile Puerto Rico. I called the **** customer care number and was informed that **** in Puerto Rico was now Liberty Mobile and that because my mother's number had a *** area code, my account had been switched over to Liberty Mobile. At the time, I was told that I had to wait and see if my phone number with a 917 area code would be switched back automatically to ****. The representative recognized that my account had been switched to Liberty Mobile mistakenly. My mother ported her number to another phone carrier during the 12/22/20 - 1/21/21 billing cycle, so there is no longer a *** number attached to my account. I was told that this should resolve the problem and that I would be able to return my account to ****. That wasn't the case. I called again in December and January. I spoke to a number of representatives at both **** and Liberty Mobile, but no one was able to give me a clear answer or resolve the problem. Whenever **** tried to port my number back, they bumped into problems on the Liberty Mobile side and were unable to transfer my number. On 2/7/21 I was informed by **** that I would need to file an escalation with Liberty Mobile so that they would allow my 917 phone number to return to ****. On 2/19/21, a representative of the **** Transfer of Billing Responsibility team attempted unsuccessfully to create a new account so that my 917 number could be transferred to it. I was told that Liberty would need to release the line first. I spoke to a couple of representatives at Liberty Mobile. They were baffled and could not resolve the problem.

      Liberty Wireless charge ****** account without authorization. LIBERTY WIRELESS - negative$0.01 Jan 10 Payment - ****** Debit Card Paid with ****** Cash Card x-**** ****** balance $0.01 I contacted them through the chat, I was told to write them an email, I wrote an email, but they ignored me. I have never give them authorization to charge me, and I want to get back what they illegally charged me.

      I BROUGHT A YEARLY PLAN FOR $63.00, BACK IN MAY AND I TRIED TO USE THE SERVICE, AND THE PHONE THAT I HAD THE REPRESENTATIVE SAID I NEED TO BY A NEW PHONE, SO I BROUGHT A NEW PHONE FROM *** , AND THE SERVICE IS STILL NOT WORKING I TRIED ALL THE METHOD THEY TOLD ME TO DO,AND EVERY TIME I TRY TO MAKE A CALL THE PHONE CALL GO STRAIGHT TO LIBERTY WIRELESS THIS BEEN GOING ON FOR TWO MONTHS AT LEAST , I'M WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK, CAN SOMEONE HELP GET MY MONEY I TRIED OF THESE PEOPLE PLAYING WITH ME.
