    Order is listed as Unfulfilled on the website, which is true because I haven't received it.

    Attempts to inquire via phone, email, or chat have been unsuccessful. No answer or response from the company leads me to think that this is not a real enterprise.

    I attempted to purchase and was charged for two microscope polarizers on behalf of my employer. I received an order confirmation on June 12, however the items have never been shipped. I have contacted the business on multiple occasions, both by phone and email. The first reply was that the owner was out of office, so I waited. I emailed again, and called. The owner emailed me back and claimed that he wasn't sure if I had ordered the correct product. I confirmed the items we were looking for and asked for the product was shipped. I received no reply to this. I emailed again requesting that the items were either shipped or refunded by June 30. I confirmed via their website the order has still not been shipped, and I have not received a response to any further inquiries. It is now July 5th, nearly a week later, and I still have not received any confirmation that they received my most recent emails, the products have not been shipped, and we have not been refunded.
