    *************************** charged me $300 for alleged damage to a door they claim was caused by external vehicle impact. However, the technician who assessed the site confirmed there was no tire **** or external damage, and stated the problem seemed to be a structural failure.Despite this, the company insists on the charge with no photographic proof or legitimate basis. I consider this a dishonest billing practice. I have reported the issue to Howard County Consumer Protection and request BBBs assistance to hold this business accountable for misleading and coercive behavior.

    This company is expecting that customers shuld be aware of their internal pet policy. I wanted to rent a property with this company and I was transparent from the beginning about having a guinea pig that stays in its cage, and the agent confirmed with the owner that it was acceptable before I submitted the application and paid the non-refundable ****** no point was a $250 pet fee mentioned until after my application was approved that is the issue. Expecting applicants to know this company's internal policy before it's disclosed is unreasonable. It should have been shared upfront.
