"This company is expecting that customers shuld be aware of their internal pet policy. I wanted to rent a property with this company and I was transparent from the beginning about having a guinea pig that stays in its cage, and the agent confirmed with the owner that it was acceptable before I submitted the application and paid the non-refundable ****** no point was a $250 pet fee mentioned until after my application was approved that is the issue." ...
