THRILLED CLIENT HERE! I'm past due giving well deserved recognition to Solar Energy World. I got a great *****kw system from Solar Energy World at an even better price. ***********, and the rest of his team completed my installation quickly and professionally. I've waited until a couple of months of use before writing this review. I am thrilled to report I am overproducing every month so far. My TECO bill was running between $300 and $500 a month. Last month I paid the minimum hookup charge of $21 a month... but I produced about $18 worth of extra energy even with TECO's low compensation for net metering. Long story short, my power bill for last month will net out to around $3. I researched solar companies for months before deciding to go with Solar Energy World, and I couldn't be happier with my decision!

.Mr s*** sales rep., a veteran honorable served, pleasant, friendly, social able!, respected, prefers texting, never mentioned how slow the process for installation schedule, my home project site only supervisor is the worker who speaks good English, once installation no one goes over with the home owner how everything operates and how it functions in connection to my home foundation, local licensing protocols seems to be a secret, activation of electricity solar-powered should be reviewed in person with a rep and home owner never happened, seems like an excessive amount of solar-powered panels installed is it too jack up a future billing? how do I know! Communication skills need to be improved ??

My apologies on the length of this, but it is for one’s best interest when it comes to investment in solar: First of all, I’m taking my time in writing this review and taking my time in actually submitting it, as I wanted to make sure that every box was checked before providing incomplete information regarding the quality of this company. Eric W****** made our experience of purchasing a solar system for our house one of the most rewarding investments we have ever made other than our initial home purchase. The investment is in a company and their product, as well as the addition of their excellent customer service! Our review breakdown: 1. The company is hands-down our best investment other than our home: The sales people are phenomenal in their knowledge and their expertise and their ability to inform the customer. Even our roofing company, Chesapeake Roofing, suggested that if we were going to get Solar this is a company to work with and it would not impact our warranty on our 2018 roof installation. In fact, they told us very simply that it would enhance our roof protection. 2. The pre-installing steps taken where exactly watch the sales people informed us what happened. There’s professionals who came out to inspect the site and inform us of what steps would be next were undeniably on time and precise. 3. The installers took two days because our system involves 40 panels on two different sets of roofs(we installed 10 pounds on our shed roof). 4. The customer service at the home office in Laurel/Elkridge leaves no stones unturned and leaves no expectations unfulfilled. Superb staff. 5. The system itself: we have had absolutely a blast watching as rain or shine, this system has produced 10 MW of power in seven months exactly. The Enlighten software App works so well that it enhances our ability to know our habits of power usage and curve them to conserve energy and save money. It pays to do your research and we were certainly rewarded.
