    Friday, June 9thRemoved our kid from the care of Kiddie Academy of Laurel.Director, ****** said we would receive in the amount of $$1845.60She also said to remove my accounts from the ****** system so it does not keep pulling payments. This was done immediately! She later contacted me to let me know they were refunding the money that day and to add my account back in which I did but I also received a declined message Adding a bank account did not work so she asked that I try adding a card in which I did and I later receiveda receiptfor the $1845.60 and in the ****** system it now says Refunded. Once I got the receipt I deleted the account Tuesday, June 13th - I reached out by email to let them know the refund was not received. I was told by *********************** to contact my bank as it shows cleared on their end.Friday, June 16th - I reached out by email to let them know that we contacted our bank and they could not see the transaction and I asked what they suggested at this point. I was again told to reach out to my bank and that it might take a couple days. But at this point it had been a week and should not have taken that long. ****** explained she would reach out to their billing department and get back to me There wasa continued back and forth of them asking me to contact my bank and then I was asked to speak with a rep from the ****** payment system myself but they said they could not offer me any information because it was a business account and that they needed to contact them. So they did so and ****** said they would not help them either. As of today I let them know I was contacting my lawyer.

    I am due a refund in the amount of $1845.60. According to this company said refund was processed on 6/9. I have not received it as of today 6/23 and my bank has confirmed they do not see it. I have contacted them about this and they say the cannot assist me.

    My daughter attended Kiddie Academy of Laurel from 2019 to 2022. ** January 2023 I contacted the company requesting a statement for tax purposes, which I did receive. I was then told of a credit of $1,166.00 on my account that will be refunded, without waiting on my response or confirming my bank account, my refund was sent. I noticed they had the wrong information and the account they had on file was closed November of 2022. I notified them and was told to go into the parent portal and update with my new account. I waited a couple days and noticed my account was still not refunded. When I emailed they stated that my prior bank *** never sent the funds back. I went into a *** branch and obtained an account transaction detail report, which shows the rejection refund of $1,166.00 and the account closure. When I sent this information I was told this was not enough proof and that I needed a letter from ***. I have been working closely with a rep from *** corporate and he confirmed verbally to the processing company at Kiddie Academy of Laurel that the refund was indeed rejected and sent back. It is now April and this has been an ongoing issue since January 2023. Kiddie Academy of Laurel is requesting a letter from *** showing proof of the rejection, but I am unable to get a letter because the account is closed. I have an email thread of about 59 emails trying everything I can to get my refund. Last Wednesday, April 12th, 2023 I sent an email to the company letting them know that I am unable to obtain that letter they are requesting but I can have the owner speak directly to *** to confirm any information she needs in order to refund my new account. Today April 17, 2023 I was told they are still waiting to hear back from the owner.
