      Nextcar upfront cost was not at all close to their real price was. My $174 cost increased over $345 at the desk. Agent told me that toll charges had to be paid at $19.95/day because there were no cash lanes available (lie) and other upcharges I had no idea about. Definite rip-off!

      Horrible!!! When we arrived at the airport we find they were not at the airport but off site. Called and they said they had no cars and we would have to wait 2-3 hours if one returned to their location. Then they said Expedia who I rented the car through had to authorize the refund. Expedia dealt with them and they said the agency refused to refund even though they did not provide the service. thank you to Expedia who did return my deposit.

      The worst ?? car rental i have rented a car. I just rent in san juan Puerto Rico and the price a received on line was different from them. They wanted you to take their insurance even when i have a full covert in in the state. It was only one person working in the front desk. I returned the vehicle and and 36 hours later haven't received my final bill. Please do yourself a favor don't rent from that company

      I agree with all of the negative reviews. We received a text message two hours before pick up stating that we should give them a call if we need to cancel or make changes. Because we had a nonrefundable rental, they canceled my reservation before we even left our home airport. They made certain to keep our money even though I offered to pay for an extra day.

      I understand the terms of their agreement., However, the person I was talking to was very rude and hung up on me. They were not located in the rental car center at Miami. I am actually glad that we did not have to go any further with them.

      Gave me a car with rapidly decreasing tire pressure ( both the desk attendant and service person said there was a problem) , told me it was fixed. By the time I got to my hotel ( 1 1/2 hours ) the alarm was on. Not able to contact anyone for 3 days. A service company ( 24/7 who apparently doesn’t do sundays) finally came and picked it up leaving me in a remote area with no car. Completely unable to contact anyone from the rental desk at BWI. Of course they charged me 509$ for the whole week although I was unable to drive it for more than 1 1/2 hour. Now the whole mess is in dispute with my credit card. Save yourself the pain and avoid this company like the plague

      READ THE FINE PRINT, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELESS AGAIN I booked a car from Priceless through Orbitz and indicated I wanted to pick the car up at the ***************************. When we arrived at *** we had to call Priceless 15 times before someone answered the phone. I learned that Priceless is actually over 5 miles from TPA. We waited 45 minutes for the Priceless Shuttle to pick us up from TPA.After arriving at the Priceless Office and waiting another 45 minutes to be waited on, I learned that Priceless would not accept my ********************** Other car rental agencies always accepted our car insurance. I had the option to contact Orbitz and cancel, get the shuttle back to TPA and work with another car rental agency or pay the $30 day insurance with Priceless. We were exhausted, stressed and just wanted to get a car and start enjoying our vacation so we went with Priceless.There was only 1 person waiting on customers at Priceless and he was rude. While I was waiting my turn 2 other customers canceled. When I returned our rental to Priceless, there was an irate customer screaming at one of the ********************** Employees. The customer canceled and got the shuttle back to TPA. The rental from Priceless was a ****** Camry. The Camrys windshield had not been cleaned and I had difficult seeing while driving. The tires were worn to the point where they should have been replaced.

      HORRIBLE! I wish I would have read all of the reviews before picking this company! Priceless had listed their rental offer through a third party site at a lower rate, but did not stick with that offer. When you arrived to their facility (a good distance from Tampa Airport), they require to see your car insurance details (be prepared!). If you do not carry up to $300,000 liability, they will charge you $25.00 per day. If you do have this car insurance and use your own, you will be charged $10.00 per day regardless! Go with a difference company!

      When I arrived within two hours late due to a weather delay, my car was not available. I kept them informed the whole way. They canceled my reservation. Said there was nothing they could do. Very poor customer service, and the person taking the call was not even in Orlando I would never use them ever.

      Do NOT rent from here!!! Total scam! The added fees will surpass any of the airport rentals that are onsite. They tried to charge me $20/day to use my OWN insurance. Biggest bunch of literal bs that I have ever been involved with….save your time and money and stick w a well known car rental business, NOT NEXTCAR!

      Terrible company. I rented from them in Puerto Rico. I waited several hours to get my car and then once you got to the counter, there were several hidden fees. The car was filthy. The passenger seat belt did not work. they also hold a $250 deposit on your credit card. They initially stated that this will be returned and approximately 3 to 4 business days however it was not. I called and then they said it could take up to 10 days. I called again, and then they said maybe up to two weeks. They finally returned my money after almost one month.
