      As you can see from the document the roofing company provided, the amount of money the insurance gave for this roof replacement is $12,810. I already paid more than $13,000. They keep asking me for more money even though the agreement was that "I don't need to pay out of pocket".

      Please see the attached signed contract by Mr. **** that expressly explains that any supplements approved and paid by the insurance carrier are automatically added to the sale price for the repairs (just as if your car was in accident and the shop found other damage not covered by the original estimate. Standard procedure.). There is also a signed clause that we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to plywood or substrates and any necessary repairs are charged at a time and material rate. He had water damaged plywood that needed replacement, again standard procedure. Lastly take a look at the final and most recent estimate from State Farm for the repairs which is dated April ******* over a full month after the document he is trying to pass off to you as the "final" amounts paid by them. That is a blatant lie. As you can see, they paid substantially more than what he is saying because of our documentation and requests sent. I am not sure how someone signs a contract that outlines exactly what the terms are, violates them and then gets to come to you the BBB and make false allegations and accusations and actually has a forum that I am having to respond to this. I have to pay every year your bogus fee to sit here and defend myself from something so simple and a civil matter that you the BBB has no governance over. Definitely will be evaluating that at the next renewal. **********, my company has sold his debt to a debt collection agency. We have had no further contact with Mr. **** and have zero intentions of any direct interaction.
