1 starWorst international company ever. Had to jump through so many hoops to set up my device. Finally got it set up but can’t get my money because of the ridiculous process to do so. They have zero knowledge or procedures for Canada so they send you a bunch of American forms and then tell you if they’re not filled out correctly they can’t deposit your money. Wtf? How can I fill out forms requiring irs letters and ssn and us drivers license when I’m in Canada. When you email no one answers, when you call if you get a person they transfer you to an extension that just goes to an answering machine where they say they’ll call back but no one ever does. I would never use this company if I had a choice. Bought a machine from China that arrived Jan 28. Activated unit around middle of feb, have sold over 2000$ since and nayax stlll won’t give me my money. Asking for more and more documents each time. Why do they need so many documents ? I already sent a govt business registration document that has my business address on it, now they want proof of that address?? Don’t you think the govt did that already??? Only phone scammers ask me for irs info in Canada. This company is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Will not be buying another machine with credit card payment from China because of this company.Review fromMartian H

1 starHands down one of THE WORST and most frustrating companies I've ever had to deal with. I cannot tell you how many countless hours I've spent holding and following up with this company. It is beyond infuriating! The epitome of inefficient. I truly wonder how a company like this has this market cornered. The process of "onboarding" is a nightmare and will literally just remain stagnant without constant calls and having to remain on hold to push the process along. I would give this company zero stars if I could. BEYOND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've lost so much money just waiting for things to be done.. I'm currently on hold and its been 1 hour and 48 minutes. This is AFTER someone picked up and hung up on me twice before this. NEVER AGAIN! If you're thinking about using them, do yourself a favor and just find an alternative. They're more trouble than they're worth.Nayax, LLC

Some background:
Onboarding - Most certainly some have been experiencing onboarding waits. Reason? Nayax, which is already a huge company, grew their revenue over 100% this year mainly because of people switching from other companies to take advantage of Nayax exclusive technology. Very large engineering companies who are blessed with such loyalty and exponential growth, adjust as they must and we have and are continuing, adding new automation, hiring many new people, and new phone systems. Our distributors very recently have been shared a new automated onboarding process. If you bought from a reseller or distributor prior to them receiving that new process, and you are delayed in any way in your onboarding/support, please reach out to me directly and I will look into it and assist (text XXX-XXX-XXXX or email *****@nayax.com). I also see who your distributor is and I am surprised you had not been directed back to me as I could easily have assisted you.

1 starI will never get a nayax card reader if it was up to me I wouldn't have the one I have now. I bought a vending machine for China and they placed a nayax card reader on my vending machine. I filled out all the forms to get my card reader activated they sent me a email stating my card reader should be activated in 10 business days this is day 15 and yet my card reader is still not activated which is crazy because my vending machine is sitting in a mall right now as I type this not making no money because Nayax service is real slow! If I was you I will never buy a card reader from them this is bad for business.Nayax, LLC

Thank you for sharing. I see your device was activated on 11/17 and you are set. If I am mistaken in any way, please reach back to me directly by text or call XXX-XXX-XXXX and I **** be happy to check it out and resolve it. Unfortunately when one buys devices from China, the device cannot be activated as quickly as they can be if purchased from our US headquarters, as the device must come with be provisioned and moved from the China database to the US database and that can sometimes create delays which occurred here. For that I am sorry.
In the future, should you ever have any issues, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Also, please make sure you take advantage of all the exclusive features you and your customers have available to them only in Nayax devices. I have videos below which will display and discuss this.
