      Had a reader installed in a vending machine. Took 10 business days just to get the application, another 10 days to find out it was approved, advised it would be another 10 business days before we'd get an email for back end management so we can start actually using the device. Been almost a month since we were approved, no follow up, on hold for hours on end, no email response. Just unbelievable that with so much growth as is being touted online, they couldn't figure out a way to actually get people with card readers sorted out. I'm extremely disappointed so far, and if anyone ever actually does reach out to let me know what the status is on my account getting set up, then I'll come back and write a review on how long it takes to start receiving payments. The email saying my application was approved mentioned it could take 3 weeks before seeing payments to the account. They really need to work out these issues.

      I received my machine with a nayax reader on it. I supposedly filled out all information, but I’m still waiting, and it’s been A MONTH. Money is just sitting there in my machine collecting dust, because nayax is super slow. Literally the worst customer service ever. I stayed on hold on their phone lines TWICE for more than an hour. No response. Emailed. No response. What does one do, when a company like this chooses to ignore their customers???

      I used their card reader and it charged me a total of a 20.00 hold. two transactions 10.00 for each transaction . This is very unsatisfactory and CANNOT get in touch with them. Please advise everyone

      Been using Nayax for roughly 2.5 years now. In the beginning it wasn't too bad but something must've happened within the last year or so becuase trying to get help from them is laughable. You will NEVER get immediate help.
      Over half of our machines have been displaying the wrong times on the receipts and ALL of the machines have been taking anywhere from 3-15 minutes to actually produce a receipt. You know how much fun it is to tell a customer that they will have to wait 3-15 MINUTES to get a paper receipt? NOT VERY.
      Couple all of this with never being able to get any kind of immediate help. IF you reach someone on the support line they usually tell you that they will have to elevate it the higher department and then you never hear from them again. OR if you've been in contact with them through email after they've taken 1-2 weeks to reply to you they usually will write a small email stating they fixed the problem when they actually DID NOT and then close your open ticket so you can't continue contacting them within that email thread.
      Honestly put off writing this review for quite some time in hopes that they would fix these issues and go back to operating smoothly but this just appears to not be happening. Please address these problems Nayax as you are costing me and probably others alot of business.

      Been trying to reach someone at this company going on a month now about my card reader on my vending machine ! I haven’t received a response to my emails , call no one answers be on the line for a hour no answer very bad for business and unprofessional… will be looking into another card reader company !

      I would give them no star if it was possible. No one have any idea what is going on it’s a constant loop of them not calling back. I bought 6 machines from a guy and it been 4 months try to onboard their NO help. I’m sure it’s don’t take this long to switch over account.

      Awful, no response.
      So many emails and calls were made on my end but nope, nothing. Nothing has been fixed and its been month+.
      Avoid at all cost.

      Customer Service wait times are too long. It took over a month for my onboarding process. Had to call to push that through. Then I didn’t get my first 3 or so reimbursements until I called and they pushed that through. Now the problem that I’m having is that my card reader is accepting $1 for items that cost $10. Nothing in my machine is priced at $1. I’ve called a few times about this problem. I’m on hold 28 minutes as I write this. If there is no resolution today, I will be canceling my account. I’ve lost about $45 now due to this issue. I have items that are $95+ in my machine that have yet to be sold. But if they do, and the card reader doesn’t charge the correct amount, I will be as patient as I have been.

      Nayax is a creepy thief. I rented a Smartecarte luggage cart at PIT twice. The price stated is $7.00, but suprisingly, Nayax added $6.00 for the rental, without my permission, twice!
      The machine conveniently no longer takes cash.
      So $13.00 for a luggage cart?
