1 starOn November 17, 2025, a technician ***** **** visited our home to address a clogged drain. We signed an estimate without being informed of important contract stipulations that were presented only in very small print. After completing his attempt, the technician stated that the clog was caused by wipes and product residue, but the drain was never unclogged. When we asked for clarification, we were shown the contract conditions only afterward, including that the service was a non-guaranteed 90-minute attempt.Attempts to reach a manager for clarification were unsuccessful. Due to the technicians unprofessional behaviorincluding poor communication and sarcastic remarkswe asked him to leave and ultimately had to call the police to prevent the situation from escalating.We are requesting a review of the case and fair consideration, as the issue remains unresolved and the service did not achieve the intended result. The drain was never unclogged!Len The Plumber, Inc.

5 starsThey were extremely professional throughout the entire process and were very timely in replacing our unit. They also loaned us heaters while we were waiting for our new unit to be delivered and installed. 5 starsI have no problem with giving a review of 5 for our service appointment with Len the Plumber today. Our tech, ****** *. was amazing. She couldnt have been more patient with our senior need for explaining everything she was doing and for doing it quickly and professionally. We had a kitchen ceiling leak that had no definite source and she worked through all the options before going to the more costly route, just to be sure our budget concerns were considered. She knew exactly what to do, had all the right equipment and supplies she needed, and was meticulous in keeping the work area protected and safe. Usually cant get to say this, but it was delightful repair! Thank you, ******.Len The Plumber, Inc.
