What a complete JOKE this whole company is. Why they are still in business is the question. Oh! I know why they are in business it's because they scam people, but luckily, they didn't scam me. I noticed water in the drip pan of my water heater and saw where water would have come from the top town the tank to the pan. I scheduled an apt online. I had someone come out the next day. Mind you I already did my research on how much this should cost and how long water heaters should last. The tech shows up we go down to the basement, and he looks at what is going on. He tells me that the tank is a 2011 and it's that time to replace them. Mind you the area he is looking at has no number indicating the year of the tank. I looked before he got to my house and again once he left. He gave me an estimate to replace my water heater for 2,500 and also tried to sell me some BS membership plan. I told him I would get back to him. I called another company, I gave them the model number and serial number of the tank, which the tech from Len the Plumber did not do. The lady on the other line giggles. The tank was a 2018 NOT 2011 and still under warranty. Needless to say, I went with the other company to have the work done and saved 2,000 plus dollars. Do better Len the Plumber. Stop trying to be such crooks! I am only giving them a 1 star because it won't let me not put zero.

Len the Plumber tried to charge me $1500 to replace the gas control valve on my water heater...on a water heater that I have had close to a year (will be 1 year as of 7/28/23)...this is a water heater that they installed that I was assured had a 1 year labor warranty and 6 year manufacturer warranty. Technician told me that parts were not covered under the warranty...this made no sense whatsoever. After going back and forth with him and the manager (my brother and I did this), we passed on these "crooks" tryna rip us off. They had already done it once! Ended up reaching out to the company that manufactured the water heater, "State", and they sent me the part free of charge and set me up with a plumbing company who will also be doing the repair FREE OF CHARGE because as I told LTP time and time again, this item is under warranty. I will never utilize their services again nor will I recommend them to others in need.

Work to unclog out kitchen drain was performed on April 28, 2023. On April 30, water was flowing from under the cabinet where the drain is located. Called the office and a technician was dispatched the next day, May 1. The technician confirmed that the previous technician failed to fully re-install the garbage disposal which was removed during the job. This caused the leak, which damaged the cabinet and the kitchen floor under the cabinet. I called the office, a manager was supposed to call back, did not happen. I followed their complaint handling and officially sent a letter with the complaint in certified mail and waited the 30 days per the complain agreement. No responses have been received at all. Sent a follow up (2nd notice) on June 16, 2023, and again completely ignored. Our cabinet is only one year old as the kitchen was remodeled in 2022, so it is disappointing and frustrating the lack of response and accountability for this issue.

Took of work today for the scheduled appointment. Received a call around 12 that they would not be able to make it, but they could come Friday or Saturday. Asked to speak to a supervisor, but he/she was out of the office. Supervisor was supposed to call back in an hour, no phone call. I called back a couple of hours later, no supervisor, I should have checked all the negative reviews on **** and the Better Business Review before scheduling the appointment and losing a day's pay.

We had two leaky external hose bibs. “Larry” arrived over two hours late for a free estimate consultation. “Larry” was creepy, unprofessional and tried to scam us out of thousands of dollars.
Larry tried to convince us that we needed $2000 worth of work involving replacing interior pipes, removing drywall, and the outside hose bibs. He was rude, refused to put shoe coverings on is dirty cowboy boots in our home and was just a scary individual.
The icing on the cake…Larry decided to “conduct assessments” on our water heater without our permission…that had nothing to do with why we called. In the process of that he bent/damaged the drain pan. I still don’t know why he did that…I can only assume he was attempting to set us up for more “damage” and work.
Before leaving, Larry tried to charge us $49 for the estimate…the estimate that was guaranteed to be free.
The entire experience was unsettling to say the least. The good news…we found an amazing plumber the next day…not Len the Plumber…the work was done by the other plumber for under $400. No more leaks or issues!

Do NOT waste your time! Find another plumber!
I originally called Len because I see a lot of their trucks on the road. They were able to schedule a tech for a diagnostic visit within 24-hours and stated that they could start the work same day. After I agreed to pay for the service repair the tech then stated he didn't have the part and would need to go to the store to purchase it. He left and returned within the hour and stated that he couldn't find the part, they don't sell it at Ace or Home Depot and he also didn't know when he would receive it. I asked numerous times for an estimated timeline of when to expect the part in so that we could have our toilet serviced. We have 5 people in our home and only one bathroom. He replied multiple times that he would let me know when it came in, but that he didn't know.
It is bizarre that there is not rough estimate on when a part will be delivered. So we could potentially wait a year or longer before a part comes in when we could have called another plumber and had the service done within a reasonable timeline.
I called the main line when the tech left to ask to speak to a manager to discuss this and received no call back. I called the next day to complain that no one called me back and to discuss my concern. I was told they would send an urgent email and someone would call me back. No call received. I called twice over the weekend and was told someone would call me back. No call received. I called Monday to complain and asked to speak to a manager again and was told no manager was available but that they would call me back. No call received. I called Tuesday to complain and remind them that I've been promised a call back for almost a week.
I ultimately fired them and told them I will find another plumber. We called a competitor who said the issue was different from what Len stated.
Their customer service is awful and to this day I have still not received a call to discuss my concerns.
Find someone else to do the work!

Called for a leaking saddle valve. The technician called and arrived on time and was professional. He provided an estimate for the repair that was outrageous... $660.... $580 with a coupon. I let him know that the pricing was unreasonable and told him that I feel badly for people who don't understand what these things cost. His response was... "well.. that's the cost of having Len the Plumber do the work in your house." I declined to have them do the work. He insisted that I pay the $49 charge... which I did. I called the office and dealt with a rude person who argued with me that I was not scammed and told me..."good luck finding a plumber". He then hung up on me. I called the main office in Baltimore.. reported the issue... they said a manager will call me back immediately... never called. I called a local plumber and the work was completed for $265...
While they do come out fast... be sure you know what things really cost.

Made an appointment.. waited through the time window, finally got a call, coming tomorrow. Arrived today with 3 minutes to spare in the window. Needed a sink and toilet removed. Quote was over $1000.00. Thanked the poor plumber, who had been arguing with the manager that this was much too much, paid the visit fee and will never use them again.

wishing I could give a 0 review. I had a connector on small piece of pex start to fail on water main and called them in for the $49.00 call out fee on the weekend. after work was scheduled they reached out and cancelled because "None of the engineer knew how to work on the system".
They arrived today and quoted $950.00 for the repairs. My wife who was home that that was expensive and asked for a breakdown of costs and they were unable to, but she was concerned of damage to the house and finally consented. She got in touch with me while the tech was still on site and I immediately reached out to office asking for explanation. Was told "if I didn't like the price, he would reach out to tech and have him remove what was put in leaving the house without any water".
Business practices like those boarders on extortion and am shocked they are still solvent
