      Purchased two wigs for Memorial Day weekend 2025 and only recieved one out of two an entire 6 weeks later I emailed her and reached out to her on Instagram and she said she would send the tracking and then just eventually stopped responding! I live in the same state she does and still have yet to receive my package in the mail. Shes a SCAMMER LOOKING TO MAKE A QUICK DOLLAR OFF OF HER CUSTOMERS! Her page is now JUDYSHOUSEOFHAIR EVERY COUPLE OF YEARS SHE CHANGES THE NAME BUT SHE IS A *****! Do not shop here or you will be scammed! Its a shame to support a black owners business only to find out they are a major scammer who preys on black woman in the market for extensions. **** SHOULD BE ASHAMED

      I place an order for 2 wigs back on July 15, 2024. I received one of the wigs a month later. I started to email her regarding the second wig she kept saying Ill receive a email when it ships but would never tell me when it would ship out. Mind you we are both in the state of ********. This was my first time having hair shipped to me I would normally go to her suite in ********** to pick up my orders but she closed the suite for pick up and only was doing drop offs for an up charge and mailing out orders. I emailed this girl once a week for an update on the order until she just stop replying. Its Feb 2025 and still havent gotten the wig yet. I asked for a refund for the one wig she said she didnt do refunds I asked her to do a drop off for free since its been so long she said no it would cost 40 for a drop off I said Im not giving her anymore money she should do it for free Ive been inconvenienced she said no. When she stop replying to my emails I sent her a dm and she responded she only communicate thru email and then stop replying to my dms. This is ridiculous and I wish I would have checked this website prior to placing orders with her because this is disgusting then I paid her thru chime and they wont refund the money on their end either. So I wasted money for nothing.

      Came across this page on IG, been following them for a while now. Finally decided to shop on 9/9/24 with 2 day shipping, Im writing this review on 9/21/24 and still havent received the wig. Communication has stopped completely from this **** person, and I dont know these people at all. What a scam???? I would have donated the money I spent on the *** since it was needed that bad. I would give ZERO stars if I could ??

      I previously ordered 2 units on a online/ on hand sale. I purchased a 16 in Deepwave wig and a 26 inch Loosewave on March 31, 2024. I choose to pick up units as I normally do but due to Mr having back surgery the next week, I requested via text messages for shipping. **** stated that was fine and to cashapp an additional $8 for shipping which I did. I waited a few weeks and inquired about my units. She then posted on IG something about her vendor sending out fake hair, so I understood her issue and gave her more time to correct the issue. To no avail I sent numerous emails, text, DM's on IG and continue to get the run around. **** email me stating her shipping dates are Monday and Friday and I will receive shipping confirmation. I never received anything no merchandise, no confirmation, no refund, no apologies. She gets upset if you contact her on IG and she will unfollow you as well. It's now May 24, *************************** and no longer responds to anything form of contact. I will be filing charges with Charles ************* since her store is located in ********** area.

      This business isn’t an actual business. Judy is a scammer who takes peoples money. I never received my package after 2 months. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HER. It is fake. She needs legal action taken against her!!

      I have been going back and forth with this woman since March 29, 2022 for my product to get sent to me it’s now August 2022 !!! Do not buy from her!! She needs to be shut down!! This is crazy here I called my self trying to support a black business!!! DO NOT BUY FROM EVERYTHING JUDY!!!
