I placed an order on September 28th for Everything Judys bundle deal. I ordered 3 bundles that were 22, 24, and 26 inch along with a closure. I was supposed to get it a custom color for the fall and I cashapped the lady $294. My receipt shows the order number as *****. I sent an email on October 14th checking in with the status of my order. I paid for delivery and her social media **** said she would be sending out orders soon. She never communicated that she did not have any hair on hand. When I emailed on October 14th I received no response. I reached out again November 13th asking for a refund via instagram. She quickly messages me asking me to send her an email which I did. She refused to give me a refund or send me my hair. I was still willing to get the hair so she could keep the money. However, she was very nasty and she never gave me a shipping confirmation number or a refund. I would like a refund of my $294.00Initial Complaint

I placed my order on Nov. 25th via her website and then was told to send payment via *******. The following week when I was supposed to go and pick up my product she said it was not available yet and that she would follow up and let me know when I would be able to pick it up. I continued to reach out and finally she told me if it had not come in yet she would be sending me a refund. I accepted her her offer for the refund have not recieved it yet. I ordered a wig during one of ‘specials ‘ which was on Black Friday 11/27, the wig was $85 plus shipping and tax which totaled around $102. She sent the tracking info on 12/13 but the carrier has stated they never received a package the shipper just requested shipping info. I’ve texted and wrote Judy and she states she will get back to me and never does. Im requesting a refund or the wig back.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase via ***** for a product costing $100 + 6% MD sales tax and $10 shipping fee on 7/21/23. The receipt states 3-5 day shipping. As of 8/25/2023 i have not received the product or a promise to ship or any notification of delays. After several ******** messages advising me to communicate in email to then email and get no response. I received message advising I can pickup 'when I paid extra for shipping. The pickup is 40+ miles away and I was advised no refund for a product I paid for. If its ready for immediate pickup why not ship. Why chance gas and possibly safety , since at this point 8m dealing with someone with unscrupulous character and no intention on honoring their word. 7/21 received email confirming my purchase. 7/27, 731 & 8/3/23 i sent emails checking status. I sent ******** message 8/31 I sent an ********* message checking status and was told if I emailed i would receive a response. Then that email responses would be sent by 8:pm. I never received email responses to any of these inquiries. 8/25 I sent ******** message and cc her email. I received a responses stating no refunds and offering pick up options. If shipping was not an option it should not be offered and payment should not be requested for shipping. At this point it has exceeded 30 days and I want anyone who is not willing to just give their money away to be forewarned. I WISH I read the reviews 1st.Initial Complaint

I place 2 orders with merchant. On Jan 6,2023 order number ***** for Deep wave loose hair bundles (24,26,28inches) & a separate order for Jan 9th order no ***** for 22 inch loose deep frontal. The item received for order ***** was *** part unit, which I showed proof to vendor. They indicated they would mail me the correct unit after I paid for the shipping cost to be delivered to her business. Upon looking at her business socials, it appears she reposted the wig I sent back and it was purchased by another individual. I inquired several times about my second order for bundles, which was never received and was told multiple times it would be shipped separately and was on the way but never received. Finally the merchant admitted she never sent the package and would send it during the next restock. After which the merchant stopped responding.I have not received any replacement nor offered any refunds for my order. It has been over a month with no response nor refund nor replacement items.Business Response

This girl and business is a scammer. She's changed her company name to EverythingJudy but she has not changed the way she does business. This woman pushes out sales and not products. You can reach out to her but she's not going to respond until you dispute your charge and then all of a sudden she has time to respond to customers and worry about orders. I waited a total of 15 days before disputing my order. I reached out to her. She only addresses what she wants to address.Business Response
