On Monday December 20th about 10 am I took my car to the Gaithersburg Auto Clinic @ ********************************* Gaithersburg MD ********* as I a nail on the top of my back passenger tire. I thought all I needed would be a patch as I have had plenty of cars and know as long as the nail is on top of the tire it can be plugged. Well the owner/manager told me the tire was bad cause I drove 4 blocks to the shop. Mind you my tires are not even a year old if not a lil over that. So ok I agreed as I was by myself a $115.30 for a new tire to be replaced and I was told it would take a couple hours. So I left my keys and walked home. NO one EVER called me to tell me my car was ready to get picked up and so the following morning (Tuesday Dec 21st) at around 10am I went to pick up my car and as they pulled in front of the office I could hear my muffler sounding pretty load and I asked the man what is wrong as when I dropped my car off my car did not sound like that. He told me on the left side of my muffler needed repair. Ok my car is 20 years old so I figured he is the profesional he knows what he is talking about. Until I started to drive not even 5 min down the street to get my son to work by 11am. When my son came outside and heard how my car was sounding, he looked underneath my car and seen my Caddilac Convertor was cut out of my car! My car was in there care and it is a clean cut! The man at the shop told me when I went back there after dropping my son off at work then stopping by the Gaithersburg city police station to file a report. I went to the shop after the police station and the man told me .... "Life goes on"! Really my car sounds horriable! One I can get in trouble w/ the police by getting tickets for my car sounding the way it does and how am suppose to get it thru emmisions??? This Shop has NOT got back w/ me to come up with a solution. The part alone is almost $1000 and I can only imagine the cost to repair/replace. I do NOT want them EVER to touch my car again!

When in to patch 1 tire that had a nail in it. Decided to replace the whole tire. Whe I received my car back it was missing its catalytic converters. The shop did nothing to compensate this or even show the security video. I believe the shop cut it off. I have befor (it was dropped off for the tire change) and after photos of my car and already filled a police report.
