      Terrible communication not answerng phpne calls . Windows installed with no screens for long period of time . No customer satisfaction

      I had 15 windows installed in my home on June 18, 2025 all the screens were damaged the tech took photos and noted it. I received a email stating they had to order new screens then I got a email saying the screens were in. this is where the problem has occurred. They had scheduled six times for a tech to come and install the new screens with each time. They cancel. As of this date still doesnt have the screens when I called today. They said I didnt even have windows installed in my house again they were installed on June 18. If Im having this much trouble getting the screens replaced, I just pray that nothing happens to the windows that I have a serious problem. Thats why Im only giving it to one star customer service just keeps transferring me to a different department to end up back where I started Scheduling just said they can just schedule a new date

      Window nation installed windows and siding on our home in winter of 2020. The crew that installed were great, a hard working groupBut the salesman used deceptive description of the hidden vented soffit, and pushed us to choose it bc it works the same as what you have now (exposed vented soffit) but is not as ugly. I questioned that and he said absolutely! you have our warranty and guarantee. They sold siding 2020 only.The next summer our home was extremely hot. We didnt associate it with the hidden vented soffit they installed. Thought it was just a very hot summer. The next summer we knew it was the soffit- we had our roof inspected. I called several times leaving messages w no ***ly. I kept calling. The following summer same issue the heat was coming down from our vents and walls and it is unbearable. I have since called the roofer without going into detail and he said that the vented roof ridge is non functional bc of the lack of intake from the soffit. This hidden soffit design was flawed, and I am surprised there arent more people who complain about it, but when I called the salesmans number, he acted like he had never heard of a problem like this. But 2 roofer *** Said it is the soffit. We finally had a *** from window nation come out to our home and he saw the terrible problem, made closet is so hot I cant hang clothes in it. All I asked was that they make it right and ***lace w vented soffit, or install adequate soffit vents. We have a small rancher and it is plus 90 degrees in summer for the past 5 years. This issue has caused us to stop our home rehab in the interior bc we cant even work in here and need it take. Care of first. We spent thousands of money w window nation w the promise of saving energy on our bill, and our bge bill is over 500 dollars a month. ** the ** is working overtime to try to cool the house. The *** said he was writing up a ***ort that night. We never received the ***ort. We were screwed - DONT!! They dont back their claims!

      Wish I wouldve came here to see the reviews before I allowed them in my house for a quote. After 2 and 1/2 hours we practically had to throw the salesman out. He would not take no for an answer. The quote was astronomical and no way were we ever going to accept it. Stay as far away as you can from this company.

      I ordered 10 windows. I got my windows installed. During my install they broke my granite window seals and chipped alot of my paint so I had to take off more time for them to come back and fix/replace the window seals. Then my windows did not lock because when you close them the top would fall. I had the service come out multiple times more time off work (had to use vacation days). The service guy come out take off the protective cover off of the insides of my top windows (only some of them) told me that the windows will have to " work themselves out of this issue to call back after having them for a year". I called 2 years later because all of my windows do this now only to be told I have to pay $150 service fee for someone to simply come out to assess my windows. This was never relayed to me no wonder the service man told me to call after having these things for over a year. I have had nothing but trouble with my windows not opening, not locking, top falling. I called for service again and it took over 2 months for them to get back with me to tell me I had to pay a fee for someone to simply come out to assess my windows. These windows are worse than the ones' I replaced and they were 20+ years old. These new ones are 3 years old. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

      I was sold windows and told I could push out my install date since I was going on vacation. Now I'm being told I have to pay $150 / week to push out my install? That is not a good customer experience. All I wanted was this to be pushed out two more weeks while I was out of town.

      Factory custom build was top quality , not known in todays world. No pressure to buy at presentation. Date of install on time and work was done by craftsmen Window Nation can be proud to have. Install was fast but thorough and clean up was better than we expected. Very happy , also, with the exterior wrap install. Now our 2 year old heat pump / furnace won't be doing over time work. Kudos to Window Nation 100 %.

      I would like to thank you for a great job !! The experience was great from the estimation to the final installment of the windows. There was a delay waiting for a permit but I was informed on the progress of getting the permit. Overall I had a great experience with window nation my windows looks beautiful and I love the compliments I have received on the look of my home . Thanks again Window nation

      STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! No integrity Started the project and we had issues day one with all the windows besides one solid no moving window. It took 7 months and me communicating and following up contestants to get them to keep repairing the new windows. Offered me thousands of dollars for the issues and then never followed through with it. I am seeking legal council and will move forward with legal action with this company for the first time in my life. They just keep inventing new ways to drag out this horrific experience, I am at the point will I will never pay them anymore money ever......

      On 3/29/25 I had a representative give me an estimate to have my windows replaced and gave her a down payment for the initiation. Within 3 business days, I decided to not go forward and requested a refund of my deposit. I have made the request with several other associates and was told they would take care of it but have seen no results or responses yet on 6/19/25.
