    I would like to commend the Proper Insurance team, especially Chad on his professionalism and commitment to what turned out to be a very complicated claim with another insurance company. I can't say anything but great things about their service, and always being on top of the situation to resolve the matter on behalf of one of our Owners. Having submitted several claims on behalf of other Owners we work for with other insurance companies, this has been by far the best experience with any insurance company I've worked with.
    They really seemed to care for the homeowner and went above and beyond to come with a solution that satisfied all parties involved. Based on my recent experience, I would recommend Proper Insurance to anyone who is looking for an insurance company or needs to make a change.

    I have been delighted with the services and support that Proper Insurance has provided to me, via Taylor S*****. Truly exceptional!!!! I would, without reservation, recommend Proper to anyone looking for short term rental insurance.
    Here is my situation. I own a second home that I had planned to rent ---but on a limited basis. My real goal for renting was to offset some of the ongoing expenses associated with the house, rather than providing a steady source of revenue. I started my journey about six months ago to find insurance.
    What a nightmare it has been! I tried to work through several traditional brokers and received a variety of quotes. Many of the quotes had odd restrictions within their policies, or imposed specific requirements that would have necessitated additional capital outlays. All of them were written in "Insurance Speak" hence making them difficult to understand. In one case the company simply refused to even offer me a quote, since my house fell into their category of "historic or antique".
    FINALLY, I reached out online to Proper Insurance and within a day of my correspondence to them, Taylor reached out to me. She sent me a clear, very comprehensive quote almost immediately, followed by a scheduled live conversation so I could ask questions and she could fully understand my situation. She was straightforward and forthright, (as was the quote) so I was able to understand the coverage that I needed for my situation, and secure it at a reasonable cost. Truly exceptional!
    She turned what was a nightmare of a process---- into an enjoyable one. (Not something you can usually say about securing insurance.) I can't thank her and Proper enough.

    While I do not have experience submitting a claim with Proper Insurance yet, my experience with their team has been nothing but positive and professional. James H****, the Account Executive for my company's policies, is consistently responsive and a pleasure to work with. James will always take the time to respond unique requests, does so in a timely manner, and is always available to hop on the phone with me if needed. I would absolutely recommend Proper Insurance to anyone looking for comprehensive coverage for their short-term or vacation rental.

    Chad M*****, independent insurance adjuster, was our lifeline when navigating the muddy waters of insurance claims! Sent by Proper Insurance to access Hurricane Ian damage to our house in Lake Wales, FL, he reviewed our policy, completely examined the house and property, explained the claims procedure and timeline, and submitted a detailed report of damages to Proper Insurance. He responded to questions quickly, and I found him to be pleasant, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Chad M*****, for helping us through the storm!

    Bob B****** with Proper Insurance has been great to work with. I now have three short term vacation rentals with Proper, and getting the coverage has been very personalized and very much the opposite of dealing with a traditional insurance company. The one claim I had was handled professionally and quickly. I highly recommend.
