Hello, I order this dining set from Marlo Furniture located in Alexandria in November 2022. I received the dining set on Thursday March 2nd, 2023. I am not satisfied with the set at all. The dining table has come with visible scratches, the dining chairs also have scratches on the bottom and on the sides. Based on how the set looks, it appears that I could have received the showroom model- the base of the dining table came very dusty and the chairs and table top did not come wrapped in a covering/box or plastic. I have contacted the store several times including on the same day of the delivery however no one has been able to help me in replacing the whole set. I wanted to follow up on my previous emails and messages. I have reached out numerous times to Marlo regarding the damaged furniture that you have delivered to me. This treatment and the furniture that has been delivered is completely unacceptable. Upon delivery of this dining set, I showed the delivery people the issues with the furniture and they refused to take it back and return to the store. I reported the damaged furniture set the same day of the delivery and have been speaking to Marlo representatives and they have not been helpful or responding to my concerns and complaints.An individual from the Marlo customer service said that only the table top will be replaced. This is totally unacceptable and I will not allow for only the table top to be replaced. There are numerous damages on this dining set and I will not accept this.I purchased and paid for a completely new dining set. I did not pay for a damaged dining set. I am seeking a full replacement of this dining set and chairs. I have attached photos to this complaint, however, there are more photos of the damage that could not fit in this attachment because it exceeded 5 MB.
