    Terrible experience with this company. I had a weird warranty situation come up and called them to help. At first they thought the system wasn't under warranty but I called the manufacturer and had them confirm to their tech that's it's still under warranty. They didn't care and still tried to charge me for a part. Now they are responding to my reviews lying saying it was an issue between me and the manufacturer which isn't true and they know it. This is just a local person trying to steal money from the local community under the disguise of a ftiendly local business. Stay away and find anyone else.

    Good afternoon – Based on my technician’s evaluation this is not an honest review of our company. Before the part was even ordered the technician gave you the price of the part and you told him you would look up the warranty yourself. The technician and my General Manager both called the supply house and were told the parts were not under warranty given the information provided. My tech called the manufacturer in front of you to check the warranty and you heard them say that the warranty expired from the date of manufacture. You argued that the warranty should expire based on the date that you system was installed by another company. We could not argue with the manufacturer because we didn’t install your system. The manufacturer told you that if you wanted the coil covered under warranty then you should call the original installer and see if they could pursue the manufacturer to give you another coil. You told my tech to install the coil anyways and we could deal with the warranty later and we told you that we could not install the coil without cost because we had to pay for the new coil. Being disgruntle against Bethany Air is not warranted, you are upset with the manufacturer and not us so why would you give such a terrible review? Warm regards, Timothy Z*** CEO

    thanks for your response, but the information provided is incorrect. - Your tech didn't call the manufacturer, I did. - The manufacturer told you tech the warranty was valid and never told me to find someone else, in fact they told me this is an normal thing and any HVAC tech and distributor of ***** products should know how to do this. - My house was a new construction when I bought it back in 2019, I said the warranty starts on my closing date, as stated in the terms and conditions on ANY ***** product. I had all the required paperwork to back this up and again, your tech didn't believe me. - The coil on my AC unit is fine, that wasn't even the repair in question. Not sure a coil has to do with any of this. - I had another company come out and fix this issue in under a week, all covered by warranty. My issue is with Bethany Air and how you guys handled this situation and now an even bigger issue that you seem to be lying about the facts of the situation to better cover your screw up.

    I cannot recommend Bethany Air highly enough. They have been servicing the HVAC in my condo for almost 7 years, and I am a customer for life. Every single person with whom I’ve interacted there--from the people who handle the calls, to the technicians who visit my home, all the way up to the owner (who made a personal visit to work on an HVAC issue I was having)--has been professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and courteous. The quality of their work is impeccable. They do everything they can to avoid unnecessary costs or repairs. They patiently explain the issues to ignorant customers like myself, answering all questions thoroughly. Having an HVAC emergency is stressful enough, but when I call Bethany Air, I am confident I will not have the added stress of dealing with a predatory company trying to take advantage of a desperate customer. Good help is so hard to find. I recommend this company to friends, family, neighbors—anyone in the DMV area in need of quality HVAC service.
