      "I signed up for WeddingPro about a month and a half ago after a long sales call where we discussed my business, my market, and the Featured plan options for The Knot and WeddingWire.During that call, I was told that wedding videographers in my area with the type of package I was considering were averaging around 70 leads per month when using the Featured plan on both platforms." ...       "I was excited to join the Knot, however, after paying my subscription fee, they informed me that they would not do business with me for political reasons which are more than 10 years old - their 'research' claimed that I refuse to do business with certain populations which is categorically not true and there is no data to back that up (I employ many people from the populations that they claim I refuse to serve). They said they would refund my $5k subscription fee, and I never heard back - after several emails and more than a month of these funds tied up with no benefit or service from the Knot, I had to dispute the charge with REMOVED." ...
