      I received amazing help from Amber on 5/5/25 and Shy on 5/7/25, I cannot say enough in a positive way about both of them.       I set up a HYSA and was delayed in creating online access (because I was procrastinating). One of the **** called to proactively offer support with getting this set up, since it had been a week since I originally set up the account. They walked me step-by-step through the process and were able to tell me exactly what to do. I can usually figure things out on my own, but this was above and beyond and cut down the time it would have taken. I have never had a bank take the time to do this!

      *********. I ran into an issue and the call center worked very hard to fix the problem (it did end up getting fixed). The rates are good and the mission of Forbright makes me invest my money in Forbright!

      I opened a Forbright savings account because the interest rate was high, but then a week or two after I opened the account, the rate went down to lower than a savings account I have with another bank. Had I known, I wouldn't have opened the account and would have just deposited the money in my other account. They pull in people with high interest rates, then lower them shortly after. I think that practice is disgusting.

      Very happy with them. Had to use customer service as I made a huge blunder on a transfer deposit (Hey! I was a millionaire for a couple of ************* alleviated my panic & all was resolved in a couple of days just as they said. When I've made withdrawals the money was quickly transferred to my regular checking account. **************** was friendly & efficient. She had to go back a few times to research answers to my questions. Called me back at the appointed time. I have nothing but good experiences with this bank.

      I've been using Forbright Bank's Growth Savings account for most of 2024 and have had no issues. I've transferred money to and from my account without a hiccup. When I did have a question, someone quickly picked up the phone.
