    I purchased a new car in October of last year and after not receiving my tags, I have made numerous of calls to the dealer, to only hear "your tags haven't arrived yet". In December, I received a ***** package with a letter stating that "the dealer only payed for the title because there was a ticket, that I resolved and hand delivered the clearance receipt our dmv department therefore I continued to call *******************************, he stated that the tags were ***** to my home about the 21st of December and that I should have received a check for my tags also. I explained to **************** that I was home and did not receive any such package. At this point, I am being lied to, I don't know what else to do. Mr. pulled up my house on and stated that the delivery came to the house with the yellow door, but after filling a Police he changed his statement and it could have been delivered to the wrong address and that the check could have been with the tags that I do not have. CHECK# ******. Please Help

    Ourisman Jeep sold me a used 2019 Chevy Traverse with a bad transmission. When we brought it back a few days later their Tech said they saw no problem and couldn’t replicate the problem. So, I took it to a local Chevy dealer and had their service area review the vehicle. In addition to confirming that the transmission was bad, there was faulty brakes, radiator issues and an LED light out on the passenger rear lift gate. Their argument was the car passed inspection. However, the inspection was four months old, and that vehicle was continued to be used as a rental. We could see the residue from the grease pan on the passenger side windshield. To their credit they did pay for the service fee for the other dealership, and they put in a transmission and did the front brakes, kudos for stepping up in that way. When we picked up the vehicle I asked for something in writing as to what work was done. I was told that I wouldn’t get any paperwork because the tail light was still pending. Here’s where our issues really started, our concerned is about what work was done and we have no assurances regarding a warranty for a bad transmission. Our fear is that the one they put in goes bad and we’ll be stuck with an enormous bill. When I called in to ask the service area some basic questions they put us on hold for significant periods of time. Sometimes when we call in, they literally put us on hold without even saying hello and no one ever comes to the phone. I’ve also been told multiple times that the service manager would call us back and never does. We are not trying to be jerks, we are not trying to be pests, we want a few simple answers to a few simple questions to make sure that we don’t get screwed because we bought a lemon and they tried to pass it off with major issues. This has been the most frustrating car transaction that we’ve ever done and we’ve been married for 30 years. Try listening to the customer and answering a few basic questions without blowing us off !
