This company replaced our roof in July 2019. Over the following year, we had to call the owner back 3 separate times for leaks along the front of the roof with that portion being redone the 3rd time. In October 2021 during a heavy rain, we heard dripping in the back bedroom where there was a crack in the ceiling and water dripping through. Contacted the owner who came out and said our drainage pipe was bent, and that he corrected the issue. Would not consider doing anything about the ceiling crack claiming the issue wasn't from his work (his workers had been the only ones ever on the roof). In July 2022, we again had leak in the same area so we contacted another roofer who confirmed that the flashings had not been sealed along our roof line where our rowhome meets our neighbors. This is something W B Cooper should have seen and fixed back in October 2021 (and was probably what the issue was on the front the previous year that he had to redo). We had the 2nd roofer perform the repair work because we no longer had any confidence in the work or assessment W B Cooper had performed.
