    -Overpriced installation.-Call center makes incorrect appointments -System has broken down multiple times in less than 2 years -Every service call comes with a ridiculous upsell

    I have had positive experiences working with this company in the past as they have provided fast service. But for the last six months I have been dealing with their horrible customer ********************** as I attempt to get a refund on charges that were erroneously made to my card on file. After repeated calls and messages and emails with their staff, they have admitted that I am being charged for a monthly maintenance plan that I did not request. They last provided service at my home in 2023, and then in late 2024, after no contact with them for over a year, they started charging my card monthly. Despite the staff admitting that it is an error on their pair and saying they will process a refund and stop all future charges, the monthly charges continue. They always claim they will call me back and they never do. They don't answer emails and every time I call they have give me to a different employee who has no idea what is happening in my case and I have to start all over again. Who knows how many other homeowners are being unknowingly and erroneously charged monthly by this business that is quick to take their money and determined to not resolve the matter when contacted. I am now being forced to dispute every single charge (7 in total) through my card company. I will never be doing business with them again. Everyone who works with them should definitely never allow this company to save their payment information.

    Had a brand new HVAC/heat put in my home 2 years and a little over a month ago with them. July 25th my AC stopped blowing cold air. It was entered as a service call and the technician who came out was very nice, no issue with him at all however it was diagnosed as a small leak somewhere and wanted to charge over $800 to fix this (1 month out of labor warranty) after spending 14K 2 years prior. Had sent multiple emails and phone calls with no response... Had a 2nd opinion come out and as soon as they started running testing they knew that the problem wasnt what I was told. The problem was actually a faulty part STILL covered under manufacturers warranty! I had to end up paying another company the labor associated with this but at least I know that it was taken care of. The customer service from this company is horrible and I would recommend to take your business needs elsewhere!!!

    Unfortunately, I believe that this company took advantage of me. I canceled my service agreement in January because I was not comfortable with the work. When I cancelled the service in January, I was told that I would receive a refund in the amount of $250 within five business days. As of June 6, I have not received the refund. The company does not dispute that I am owed the money but every time I contact them, they say that I will receive the credit “in a few days” and I never do.

    Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of dealing with this business during a heating crisis. All they do is want to sell customers an expensive maintenance plan. It's all about the sell before the repair. They managed to talk us into a maintenance plan for the FIX that got our heating unit working. However in a maintenance check-up (every six months); they sent an unprofessional repairman who spent more time talking about how beautiful our house is, and his girlfriend that wants to have 5 children than doing the actual routine work! He wanted us to purchase 2 parts but when questioning him and asking for detail; he could not provide any justification for one of the parts so we purchased a $455 part that day which he miraculously had in his truck (questionable). He GUARANTEED that this particular part was covered under our existing maintenance agreement. Oh, customers have to pay IN ADVANCE before any work is performed. I have never dealt with a company that demands payment before the work is done but nevertheless, we paid. The technician did not leave a receipt for payment NOR email one. I called the company and finally received a receipt. The receipt stated that the $455 part was covered for 30 days which is completely inconsistent with what the technician told us. He told us it was covered under our existing maintenance agreement. Repeated calls and emails have left me completely dissatisfied and skeptical about this company overall. They are very unprofessional and seedy in their business practices. I only wish we didn't have an emergency 6 months ago that led us to them. Our previous HVAC company whom we had a maintenance contract with for over 16 years did not operate in the shady, unprofessional manner that this company does. I hope that anyone considering this company carefully reads my review and moves on to a reputable, honest, professional HVAC company.
