    On July 29th, an At Your Service tech assessed the **** system at my property at **************************************************************************. He said the refrigerant was low, which suggested a leak somewhere in the system. He offered several options for service, and I chose the one that included 1) adding refrigerant to the system and 2) adding a sealant designed to seal any small leaks in the system. Only after I made this choice was I informed the tech did not actually have any sealant on his truck, and that he would need to return another day to perform that part of the service. However, despite many calls to the office (most of which went to the office's AI assistant and were never returned), this second part of the service has never been performed. At this time I would like a refund of the portion of the $995 charged to my credit card that paid for the service I have not recieved.

    On May 4, 2024, this business charged me $1,300 for a house call but did not complete any actual work. I am having issues less than a year later due to their inaction and negligence.

    I asked At Your Service to replace my HVAC system in May of 2022. It has been 5 months and they have still not finished the job. I paid in full (over $10,000) and the new gas line was supposed to be checked by a technician today (10/18) to set up my heat today between 2 and 4pm. No one has showed up and it is almost 6pm. Countless calls have been made to their office staff regarding today's appointment and other issues and I have either been completely dismissed and lied to, or been assured things would happen when nothing has been done. It has been an extremely frustrating 5 months and all I want is my HVAC system to be operational and for them to fulfill the duties of their contract. I have been extremely accommodating and kind to all dispatchers and technicians and have shown an exceptional amount of patience. I am supposed to have a city inspection on Tuesday next week but I have little to no faith that this will even happen or was set up properly, as I was previously accused of having set up two inspections through At Your Service, and then cancelling them when, in reality, I was never notified that the inspections were scheduled in the first place. Please help get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
