Received notification from AMEX today that charges were made by these people to my card. Charges were bogus and were reported as fraud - I have not requested, purchased, or inquired about services from these people.

Please be advised that the subscriber has access to our Distortion Report publication which was ordered on 8/14/2022 for $52.43 with a yearly $129 plus tax auto-renewal fee which provides access to all updates/contents and recommendations from the publication that are provided via email, our mobile app, and our website.

The service provides multiple top-notch stocks and exchange-traded funds recommendations. The subscription also renews annually as stated under the Terms and Conditions with which we provide auto-renewal notices via email at around 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, and 5 days before being charged and we also provide several ways to manage the subscription. The subscriber can call us at **************, email us at ***************************************** or use the MyAccount feature on our website.

Finally, the attempted charge of $129 plus tax on 8/14/2023 was for the auto-renewal of the subscriber's Distortion Report subscription but rest assured, the charge was not processed and we canceled the subscription. We also sent a separate email informing the subscriber of such and offered further assistance.
