      Transaction: 2.6.24 Subscription: $1900.00 A year of subscription to the Rogue letter & their research. They said 100% satisfaction but what they meant is they'll give 100% credit to another of their services if you're not happy with the one you bought. Business says they'll give a credit to another service they provide but not a refund. The ad was running the day I bought where they said 100% satisfaction but that does not include refund in their sense of satisfaction.

      The business says their website clearly explains their "no refund"  - "credit only" process but I'm not so sure they explained it on the site I was reading. It seems to me they said "100% Satisfaction" and a credit to something else might mean to them total satisfaction but it sure isn't the same as "100% Satisfaction". I think I was tricked into buying this subscription.

      On Dec 21st, a subscription to Rogue Economics was purchased for $49. Another charge was billed at $1750 the next day deducted from a checking account. The steps to cancel the services was put through and the $49 charge is pending a refund. The $1750 charge that appeared did not offer any refund at all.

First is the Rogue Strategic Trader subscription that was ordered on 12/22/2023 and as per the Terms and Conditions, the subscriber has a 90-day Legacy store credits guarantee wherein the subscriber can cancel for store credits within the first 90 days of the subscriber's subscription which the subscriber may use to order any publications from us or affiliates. Please note as well that these Terms and Conditions were provided during the order process and after the order is completed. We also provide confirmation emails with these Terms and Conditions as well as several ways to manage the subscriber's subscriptions. The subscriber can call us at (800) 681-1765, email us at [email protected] or use the MyAccount feature on our website.

      Furthermore, the subscriber's subscription, Rogue Strategic Trader, provides the best Stocks & Warrants recommendations from Rouge Economics. In addition to this, the subscriber ordered the second subscription with us, Distortion Report dated 12/21/2023 for $49 with a 60-day money-back guarantee which was stated under the Terms and Conditions and was canceled and refunded. On the other hand, the subscriber's Rogue Strategic Trader subscription is still within the 90-day guarantee period.       More Information...Refund was processed with the help of this request from BBB Maryland.  A rep from the company emailed to offer the refund.  $1750 was refunded to the original account.  The debit card used was canceled and a new one created to prevent further issues.  Thank You!
