Next day floors installed kitchen floating floor., tile cracked, I have an extra tile to replace but the want to charge me $175 to put the tile on the floor. I was assured that if my dish washer or refrigerator over flowed the floor would not hurt the floor My refrigerator water line broke, a month after getting the water up off the floor, the tile started coming up. They said because there was mold under the tile that when their tile cracked, they would have to charge me $175 to put down the extra tile they left me. It's been a horrible experience trying to get any help from them, I'm left with cracked floor tile coming up that cost alot of money.Review from Willis P

Next Day Floors recently installed carpeting on my upstairs and basement floors during the process they broke our basement table and refuse to accept responsibility for the damages. They offered us a $100 dollars which is far less than what we paid for the table. Please do not use this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed. They do not appreciate their customers and are strictly in the business of profiting off us with no interest in dispute settling. I have initiated a complaint with the BBB of Maryland with regards to my incident.Review from Rowena C

The basement laminate's are good the guy that did the steps botched the whole job he had no clue what he was doing the treads and risers are not plumbing level do not cut square and they just caulked the whole job and his boss the service manager says there to industry standards the treads and risers were cut within a quarter of an inch to 3/16 too short the risers are not level and the whole job looks terrible when I asked him to redo it he told me to go Fly a kite there's nothing he's gonna do about it now Molly the estimator was very apologetic because she respects what she does for a living apparently her boss Rob is a piece of $#*t I went round and round with these people in regards to this issue and the only thing they can do is offer me $350 off my bill but I have to live with this and look at this every time I walk up and down my steps what a terrible job when it was bills carpet barn they did such a fantastic job on four bedrooms kitchen bathrooms etc. in my house in the past this company never againNext Day Floors Response

If I could give them less stars I would!!! Do not use this company, if you do be fore warned that they do not give a crap about you, you home or the products they put in your home, they lied about being able to complete the job in my home, and in the end still havent completed the job they were hired to do in SEPTEMBER 2021, its MID JANUARY NOW. NO Calls or information. They say they are coming then dont show up. leaving us hanging again and again! I will never use them again! I would like a refund and to cancel the remaining project because they said they have It then they dont. NO SHOW NO CALL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had hardwood put in a month ago from the Dundalk, MD office. First, they are "next day floors" but it took them much longer to install the floors (weeks). But that is not the half of it. I was given an estimate based on the square footage of my room. When it came time to install they didn't have the floor color I was promised then they tried to charge much higher and get me to finance my floors. I told them many times and that I was paying cash/check. After weeks of looking for a match, They found a "cheaper" solution. When the floors were installed, they ordered 2 full boxes too many of wood. They did not reimburse us for the extra wood. Then they didn't order a door piece. They promised it would be a week before they would get the door piece. It has been over a month. They make excuse after excuse for their mistakes. Taking weeks to withdraw the payment and our door piece sitting at their corporate office and excuse after excuse as to why it was never picked up. It's sad because my husband now has to install the floor piece if we ever get it, or we would be waiting months before they would. As soon as I call to complain that I would report them, they suddenly have the door piece at their location and not at the corporate office. They said they would reimburse us for the wood but never did and took the money. They lie about cost of flooring, never reimburse for their mistakes, make excuses, over charge, and never follow-up until you threaten them. They are completely unprofessional. not a big fan, purchase a new flooring in April, first it didn't take them long at all( which was a concern for me as well) and then in August 4 months later the floor started separating and lifting up, that my wife cut her feet deep on the edge of the floor tile. The customer has a moisture problem that was verified with a moisture meter while the customer was present. The excessive moisture which was documented is causing the sub floor to move and making the locking system disengage. The floor is moving due to issues stated above. The moisture is coming from the Refrigerator, the sink and the Dishwasher and the customer is aware of this issue.
The product is a waterproof product but the water is getting under the floor and causing the sub floor to contract and expand.
