      I was gifted a bracelet a few months ago & everything seemed great until it kept popping open. Ive never owned Pandora so i didnt think much of it at the time but unfortunately it popped opened while on vacation & got lost along with 4 charms that were given to me on special occasions. So sad & disappointed after hearing from several other people they experienced the same. I loved the bracelet & the charms but unfortunately due to that clasp being defective i lost everything ??

      I brought (2) bracelets. Because I wanted one for my myself. The quality is ok. I really wasn't impressed with it. The charms you put on the bracelet are cute but there too much money. They are 50 to 70 or more a piece. Right now with everything being high and overpriced and people struggling to eat, pay bills, and trying to survive. You think they would have more sales on this. I only brought a couple charms and that's it. I not supporting Pandora any more with buying from them too expensive and overpriced and quality of the product isn't good and product is made overseas.

      Absolutely horrible experience first time I’ve ever order pandora! I spent half a paycheck and ended up NoT getting what I Ordered! Told them I was so excited it was a birthday gift & I went Overboard for her birthday BUT it was suppose to be so special! She is a huge pandora FaN & I can say after this experience I AM Not! Makes me wanna send back all the other 3 items I purchased for the fact I didn’t what I bought, I wasn’t informed my order was ready for pick up because liberty store in mason did NoT contact me, they did not make it right or offer a discount to get another either! Told me she was sorry NoThInG she could do about it & they SOlD the chain I purchased because I didn’t get a call or email saying the order was ready after 2days of waiting!!!! The rest of my order is being shipped but the MaIn thing I was excited to get isn’t coming & I will never promote a business that doesn’t even composite for their own mess up! Said they shouldn’t have taken the full payment but they did & told me my money will be replaced eventually just keep looking! Like what? no offer for a discount to get another or anything! Wasn’t my fault & No email or Text or call saying I had 48 hrs to pick my purchase up! I was waiting the entire TIME! I’m so upset!

      At the store pandora dade land mall. My charm is stuck does not want to come out they claim they can’t touch the charm they give me a 1800 number I call, no direct way to get through and I cal from the store and they can’t help claiming only by calling the number. Without even hearing the concerns they do not seem to want to help. According to pandora they honor and guarantee all their jewelry. They start by saying one year warrenty they don’t tell you about in the beginning. Unprofessional brushed off they did not offer to help by calling with me here at the store. Horrible customer service of course Hispanic woman. It’s unfortunate because I myself am Hispanic and this is the treatment in Miami.

      Pandora is the worst ever! I do not even know how they are still in business. Their customer service is horrible and their products are overpriced. I received a Pandora bracelet and necklace as a gift and at first, was ecstatic. I began purchasing charms for my bracelet and purchasing was a breeze. Now try returning something under warranty and you become their worst enemy. That is just one issue. The second issue is that I was going to purchase an item that was $75 with free shipping for items $75 and over or you can have it shipped to a store for free. However, once I applied my military discount to the item, of course, it brought it below the $75 (10%) so now they added the $6.95 so I do not understand the purpose of the military discount. By the way, this item was not available in the store. When I called, they were adamant and offered no way around this. Pandora is horrible. I am not ungrateful, but I've asked all my friends and family to please not gift me any more Pandora charms as this was becoming a "thing" once they knew I owned a Pandora bracelet. I DO NOT want to be part of the Pandora family. I am selling my Pandora items to someone who wants to deal with this nightmare because I do not.

      Horrible, I bought an engraved charm and lady never told us what font to use. Never engraving before and they engrave all the time a suggestion would have been helpful. After it was done you couldn’t read date because it was so small. I contacted the store to see if they could at least give half back and we pay for other half to have it redone and all answer were no, nothing we can do it my daughters fault. Manager kept saying she could read date but everyone I show says it looks like a scribble line. Will never buy from them again.

      First time ever in the store. I bought a pair of earrings to which I paid cash. When going home I realized the quality of the item was not worth $60.00. I returned them a couple weeks later and they told me in the store they could not give me cash back because they didn’t have enough cash. They said they would have to send me a check. I am still waiting on check. I have called the main numbers for the Company, with nothing but a run around. I called the store 2 times to speak to Manager. They say they’re not in. Yesterday I called store again and the employee said manager has never put request for check to be mailed. How do I get my money back.

      If I could leave a -5 stars I would! Customer service sucks, online ordering sucks! Tried to order a charm for our daughter for her birthday and the website screwed up the addresses not 1 time but both times!
      Called to speak to an agent to get order canceled and was told once you submit an order online it can not be modified or canceled! Asked for a supervisor, none available! Asked for a call back from supervisor and was told they don’t call back!
      I will stick with ***** ***** every time because PANDORA is horrible!!

      Also scammed for the promotional “free” item. Like others here, my daughter was mislead to spend $150 to receive a free bangle. She added 2 items for a total of $150 to her cart, selected the free item and we received an order confirmation of the three items. A week later we received the package that contained only the 2 initial items and a packing slip which included all three as on the order! She was very disappointed and we contacted customer service that told us they just ran out and offered a 10% discount on a future order!
      Pandora should have real-time stock updates and if your order confirmation includes an item it should be included, or at least substituted with something of comparable value.
      We feel like we were scammed, absolutely. For a company that seems all about love, something is really lacking in the real world experience.

      Pandora is terrible with customer service!!! I made an in- store purchase out of town 6 days ago!! Didn’t receive any email with my receipt, only have my credit card statement. Contact the store and they can’t find anything! They told me they couldn’t even pull up the charges based on date and time. Contacted the main customer service, again no solution. I have name, date, time, credit card .. this is Insane
