      Be careful when buying from Pandora Jewelry online, they advertise one price but when you add it to your cart it shows a different price, I called and complained and they said they would price match the item, first the customer representatives will tell you something different every time you call, then they will ask you to pay regular price for the item then they will price match, here I am almost 30 days later and still waiting for my money to be returned! Only because I called about 6 times to request it, Needless to say the jewelry is NOT worth the trouble and will not purchase anything from them again!

      Very sad pandora lower its standards I order 4 bracelets and they arrived in a ziplock bag my question where is primal packing why are they in a ziplock bag ? I called and customer service said if you want a box for your jewelry buy it’s sold online I always thought if you buy a jewelry from pandora it came with its ORIGINAL packing not a ziplock bag sad to see such a piece from pandora lower their standards

      There was an issue with my order that I called about on November 29 2024. The resolution that I was provided was an E gift card for $85 that I would receive 24-48 hours. Here we are and I still do not have the gift card. As a long customer of Pandora it’s sad their service has come to this.

      I made my first purchase online, Christmas gifts. Ordered the gifts boxes for all my items but no boxes came. All my items came shoved in 1 box, got 2 gift bags that were folded and wrinkled, a necklace came tangled, package ripped. Just terrible.
      I contacted costumer service, explained I needed the gifts boxes as these are all individual gifts and they were zero help. All I got was a, I hope you have a better experience next time. no advise on fixing this, no real concern, worse costumer service ever.
      Will never purchase from this company again.

      Had to wait in line at outside the door of the store, just like in 2020 during covid, As sif they've tripped a little too much on the control thing. One advice...step out of it!!! We are customers, not cattle!

      I purchased a charm as a gift and it went on sale for 30% off 2 weeks later and they are refusing to give me the price difference back. I have my receipt and have spoken to customer service they said I have to mail it back and do a return then buy it online for the sale price which will cost me time and money to do all of that. I thought I could take it directly to a pandora store and have them do the return there and I could buy it back at the sale price there and they would not do it at the store either. This is just terrible customer service and very dishonest because I am still inside the 30 day return policy.

      I recently visited the Pandora store at Houston Premium Outlets ( Store# 218644) and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Here's why:
      • Poor customer service: The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, failing to address my questions or concerns.
      • Manager was very rude, and loud. She was talking about what I'm assuming was her other employee's. Very unprofessional.
      • Manager also appeared to have a AirPod in her ear the whole time she was assisting me.
      If you would like to visit a Pandora Store I would
      NOT suggest this one.

      I just ordered yesterday 3 charms with their sale going on for a free necklace. This morning I received a email that the free item was cancelled. Even though it started it was in stock when I bought it. I called Pandora customer service to see if anything could be done. Nothing! They wouldn't change the store I picked to pick it up or swap it for another necklace. They did not honer the sale so when I told them to cancel as I didn't want it anymore since the items weren't available or shipped. They couldn't even do that. What kind of customer service is this? They ended up giving me a 15% off coupon after losing out on a $65 necklace that was supposed to be free with my order. I'm just gonna wait till I received my items slap the return sticker and send everything back! This is the second time this happened to me and I don't think it's be coincidence.

      The customer service at Pandora Jewelry is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Do not purchase from them. If you need a resolution you will be transferred from person to person. I had a $3,000 piece of jewelry delivered with no jewelry in the package. Pandora is not sending another piece until they resolve their claim with the carrier. They are certainly more concerned with recovering their money than helping their customer. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Pandora just does not care.

      My 14 year wanted to surprise me with a birth stone ring she purchased online. The size she ordered was too small. I took the ring to two different stores to exchange for the right size, in which they had on hand. I was unable to do so because the ring was a final sale. Had my daughter paid full price, I would be able to exchange. Called customer service and I was unable to return the ring, due to the item being purchased online. They will never receive any of my money. Now, I have a disappointed child, because she wanted me to have something special from her on my birthday.
