I had a firearm to be serviced for an issue with the firing pin not staying inside the slide of the gun. I sent it into Beretta's repair shop on 3/26. Today is 5/14 and I still have not heard anything. They said they are waiting on parts, and **** from Beretta has always been very much a rude "know it all" on the phone. This is the firearm I am going to take my concealed carry class with and I need this as soon as possible. The first time I had it in the shop, they "fixed" it, and it was back in four weeks. Now I'm wondering if they are truly trustworthy or if they only promise the four week return period if they don't do their job right. I need answers or compensation for my troubles I've had with Beretta since I bought it in January.****** *****

Beretta refuses to honor promised rebate on 80X .380 pistol purchase. I purchased a Beretta 80X pistol on Feb 28th at 10:40 am online, from ********************. I submitted all requested paperwork to qualify for a $75.00/$150 cash/Beretta bucks rebate and two weeks later received a strange denial email from a Beretta 3rd party contractor, demanding further data. I called them and had an extraordinarily ugly encounter with a phone bank clerk, the worst I have ever had in the gun industry. I called them twice, after having submitted new documentation (actual online sales receipt) which she after rudely refusing to transfer me to a lawful supervisor, she deleted entirely from the Beretta system. I contacted the Beretta CS number at Beretta USA and there the real debacle unfolded. I talked with a ****, and a **** on multiple phone calls, the first of them being **** who seemingly was warm and pleasant. However he passed along bad info to me, which prompted a return call to them, which is where **** presented self in rude, dismissive fashion, after I explained that the ** online sales receipt did not include serial number of said pistol, though I had already submitted to Beretta an actual photo of the pistols serial number on side of pistol. **** It seems sent me an email with two photos, neither of which were the document I had sent out to their 3rd party contractor, this is because she had as I had fully expected, deleted it and did not submit my lawful rebate claim! After a good half dozen further email exchanges, from Beretta CS (unnamed) in which all details were made known to them in detail, they summarily closed my claim!!! They had everything I had to offer, they knew that ** policy was not to supply serial numbers of guns in online sales receipts, at each point they merely lied to me, misdirected me, or simply as in the end, cut me off altogether! I consider their actions and obfuscation to be tantamount to fraud! I intend to litigate them over this matter!

I sent a gun I purchased in to get warrantied because of issues from factory in October with the promised turnaround time of 4-10 weeks. I have called countless times and was never told when I would finally receive my gun only that I was just on the list. I recently called for compensation based on the extreme amount of time I have been waiting either in the form of an upgrade on the gun or a refund. Was not given either but instead just told more open-ended answers that give me no sure answer when I will get my gun. It has been 4 months and I have not been able to use my gun. I paid 750$ for the gun and the company has just been holding my gun and money and not saying when I will get either of them back. I would like a refund but would prefer and upgrade or some sort of compensation for how long this has gone. With the money I could have bought another gun to have been using this whole time instead of missing time that i should be having right now because I rightfully paid for the gun.

I purchased a Beretta A400 Xtreme in November of 2023, the shotgun took 4 weeks to arrive and I did the warranty registration on serial #******** ON 12/22/2023. I used the gun in January of 2024 for the Arkansas duck season, cleaned it and put it away. About 200 rounds were shot during that period. In September I took the gun out of the safe and went to a sponsored ***** shoot at the ******************* We used Fiocchi ammo that was provided to us and I went through the entire course. No malfunctions during the shoot but, when I went tot clean it I noticed a bulge in the barrel. I immediately filed a warranty claim on 9/22/2024 #******** and sent my gun off for inspection at Beretta. On 11/19/2024 I received an email stating that the damage was not caused by a defect in the manufacturing process and I would have to pay $825.81 for a new barrel and labor to install it. I figured they wouldnt stand by the warranty and come up with some reason not to help so I decided to pay for the repair so I could have my gun back in time for our duck season. I have sent 3 emails and left 4 voicemails to get this complete and my gun returned to me with ZERO response. I am going to miss our duck season because of this. I expect when you buy a premier shotgun and spend that kind of money that the service would be better than this. Nothing I did or didnt do cause this bulge and it as well within the warranty period. We were shooting new, sponsored ammunition and the gun itself has less than 300 rounds through it. I would like the warranty to be honored at this point and the repair completed and the gun returned to me.

I purchased a firearm from Gunprime with the promise that Beretta was offering a $50 rebate. I applied for the rebate from Beretta On July 3, 2024, but never received it. I called them, but hey said they had no record of me applying for the rebate

On 08/06/2024 I purchased a new Beretta A300 shotgun from the ********** (*****, ********) Shooting Range's sales department. Everything went according to statutory plan. After the waiting period, I picked up the gun and transported it back home. I immediately placed it in my safe. About 3 weeks later I wanted to test fire it for the first time. There are limited places to fire a shotgun near me, but the store from which I purchased it was one of them. So I figured I would travel back out there to do so. Prior to doing so I field stripped my gun as I do to every new gun. This is for inspection and to provide lubrication if necessary. Fortunately I did because I discovered this defect within the gun (see pics A3001 and A3004). As you can see this obviously does not look right. I immediately called the store from which I purchased it, they immediately referred me to Beretta. Apparently with potentially defective firearms, you have to go back to the manufacturer. I called Beretta and they immediately said that it needs to be returned...And it was. Now 2 months later, nothing. Website still states "In Queue for Evaluation." I was able to make contact with a Beretta representative 2 weeks ago, he stated that it was in fact defective that they were ordering a new barrel. The manufacturer ordering a new barrel? They are the manufacturer! Regardless, this is a never fired shotgun, out of the box that is flawed. I as the customer should not be placed in such an absurd predicament. At this point, I want a replacement or a refund. Shouldn't be that difficult. Although, after reading many Beretta *** reviews with regard to their customer service, apparently I shouldn't be too surprised.

Although Beretta never did make direct contact with me, or apparently the Better Business Bureau, my issue was resolved a week after your last correspondence to me. So, as of this writing I can consider this case at a resolution. I won't go as far as saying successful, but it's probably as good as it can be. Nothing can really make up for this completely lacking degree of customer service. I thank the ******************** for any movement that may have assisted in this resolution.

Beretta sold a new 1301 Tactical Mod 2 Shotgun through an FFL called Bereli. Once I received the gun, I noticed inconsistency on the barrel lining, it seemed misbored and thin to myself and others. I immediately contacted Beretta who asked for the gun back to warranty - replace the barrel. They now wont respond to emails or phone calls, and changed the repair window from 8 weeks to a year or more all while they continued to sell the gun and the barrel they supposedly need to wait on to replace on mine. The firearm they sold was dangerous and not properly QCd, now they wont respond.

I have had my firearm at Beretta for repair / replacement since 03-20-2024. Beretta says that they are waiting for a replacement to be manufactured to replace my firearm. This is all I get when I make my monthly call to the Beretta ******************* I would like to have my issue resolved as soon as possible. It has been 6 1/2 months in the works and very aggravating. Hope you can help.

I sent my 6 month old 686 sliver pigeon in on a warranty claim. While shooting trap I got a strange noise after I pulled the trigger part way through the round. The choke was completely mangled up and the barrel was bulged. I take very good care of my firearms and I always check the choke tightness before I shoot this was no exception. Its not exactly brain surgery to s**** in a choke and make sure its seated correctly and tightly. I believe the damage was caused by choke tube failure resulting in the damage to the gun. The response I got from beretta was the choke was not seated all the way. I could see the threads were sheared on the barrel after removing the choke from the gun. I was told this would not be covered under warranty and I would have to pay $1750 to get my $2500 gun fixed 6 months after buying it. Im not a gun ***** but I am very familiar with guns and believe that the gun smiths findings cannot be conclusive enough to point to not tightening the choke. I will not be paying $1750 to get my gun fixed and I will never buy a beretta product again. This has me sick to my stomach to have spent this kind of money on a gun and now all I have is a $2500 paper weight.
