1 starI would leave less stars it I could. I was already set to go with another company. Regret not. They came out with lots of promises. Only kept 1. Dropped the ball on several occasions. We are more than a year into the project and it has not passed final inspection. Drilled a hole through my living room ceiling they never repaired. Secured conduit to the side of the house, the whole length of the house, instead of attic install. I'm 60 and crawled in the attic myself, but it was too difficult for 2 grown men. Been told the project was cancelled yet then reinstated. I really don't think they have the best communication skills. Kind of leave you in the dark. Really really regret going with this company in the first place. The only reason they are responding is because ****** and the city are asking questions now. Because they drug their feet for a year. Solar project still not. Complete after over a year. Shame on you guysReview fromIliana C

1 starI was sold solar panels by a representative who promised me a battery included with the system at a specific monthly cost. After the installation, I contacted Bright Ops to ask about the battery, only to be told it was never part of the contract.
Bright Ops opened an “investigation,” and I provided text messages and proof showing what I was promised. A representative named Lis from Bright Ops made me believe they would fix the situation and offer me a new contract to make things right.
Instead, they closed the case without any resolution, claiming they couldn’t verify my claims, despite the clear proof I provided. Their handling of this issue has been disappointing and dishonest. While the scam may have started with the salesperson, Bright Ops made it worse by refusing to take accountability or help resolve it properly.
This whole situation feels like a bait-and-switch scam and a complete lack of customer protection. I’m now stuck with a system I didn’t agree to and no battery, paying more than I was promised.
Consumers beware. Make sure everything is in writing and avoid working with Bright Ops unless you want to deal with shady practices and no real support when things go wrong.BrightOps

1 starI installed Solar panels on my home in 2019 and the highest return in a month was $60 I complained in 2021 and they installed an additional 3 panels to no avail I still recieve no more tha $60 a month and have a $111 loan on the panels they promised me that the solar would out weigh the loan. I have a $300 electric bill and a $110 loan payment and as of the last three months I have seen nothing now they tell me there is a Cell that needs to be replaced and that will be $600 because my warranty is expired. This is bleeding me dry so much for the planet.BrightOps

Some factors are out of our control, for example the rate your utility pays for excess production, and unfortunately in your case the cell card. We do not operate cell towers and control what services will be supported 4g, 5g, etc. We can just only offer you an option to upgrade your cell kit, especially if you are out of warranty. Like any other major purchase (house, car, etc) upkeep is needed from time to time.Review fromShane C

1 starThis business has been very shady and is starting to feel like a scam. I was introduced to what I guess is a lease on solar energy. I was promised to up front cost with a flat monthly rate. Since agreeing to this, its been almost 8 months and the solar still isn't functional. I haven't been charged anything yet but the pace and professionalism displayed here has me worried about what's to come.BrightOps

1 starBottom line: this company is awful. So poorly managed, call center has no idea what has been done on your project, they subcontract to workers that have no skin in the game. Take your business elsewhere. I am 11 months into signing a contract with them and still don't have functional solar. I have had to call them sometimes daily for months to get this project off the ground. I shouldn't have to do their job for them. They have booked multiple service appointments without telling me or confirming dates, and the only reason I found out about the appointments was because I had to call due to some other thing going wrong with either city permitting, energy company approval, billing company with incorrect information. I have never worked with a company that has this poor of organizational skills, management, and customer service.BrightOps

1 starThese people are scammers. We signed a contract o percent escalator at end of 25 years kilo watt price was the same as today. They agreed n we signed our contract. They come out did a half a** install drilled holes all over my buildings brand new roof hit my internet line left yard in shambles. Now they are hounding me to sign a new contract saying the project size was changed look through the paperwork the price is .15 cents kilowatt now in 25 years the kilowatt price is double. And a .03 escalator. Nobody let us know the size was changed and we would need to sign a new contract just installed it and thought theyd email us and wed just resignBrightOps

1 starWorking with this company has been a nightmare. We have been going back and forth for months, with no resolution. Solar panel system I was sold was installed incorrectly and not working properly. We have been trying to get this resolved, however we keep getting the run around. I was oversold on a system that I have come to find out is too big for the amount of energy needed for my property. To make matters worse the system doesnt even work as it should. Buyer beware, this company should be shut down.BrightOps

1 starWe were contacted by this supposed superb company to put up our solar panels and quoted a certain amount including a battery however, they have been exceedingly misleading and less than forthright. Their incompetent and misinformed staff have been less than helpful in resolving our issue of not receiving a battery and most concerning, our bill is quite a bit more than we were quoted. Not only is this unacceptable to say the least, the lack of resolve is appalling. After the installation was completed, we contacted support multiple times to ask when the battery was going to be installed, and the salesman Preston made a mistake in the work order and did not included it. I reached out to him again and he admitted he made a mistake and offered to buy me a battery but has yet to follow through and provide any battery not communication. I cannot say that this business is trust worthy and would caution against using them.BrightOps
