      **** addressed all our issues and answered all our questions. He repaired what he was able to and made arrangements for future repairs. He was very friendly and professional!

      I very seldom give out five star reviews, but ******* deserved credit where credit is due. Everything he has done was done with precision, expertise and true knowledge for his craft and profession. He was a gentleman to have inside of our home, respectful, neat and always on time, any question I had was met with an appropriate and honest answer and you could tell not a single part of my project was rushed and he is someone who truly enjoys what they do for work.

      The installers of our 3 doors were amazing! ****** and ***** were so professional and worked non stop to get the project done in a timely fashion. Their speed of work did not decrease their value of work for the install. From start to finish they did a fantastic job!

      Fantastic install team. Installed on schedule. Got everything I wanted in my new shower. Everybody was great, friendly, and took great care to keep the install area and path to it spotless.

      I had a great tub/shower conversion I liked how with small obstacles in the way Newpro was kind, professional and courteous. Determined to see this project through!! I Believe I had the best Installer *****, he was Phenomena, Highly Recommended very Knowledgeable and passionate about this Product.......***** 10/10 =11+ outstanding ??

      The installer and plumber were A+++++. Their work was professionally done and of high quality. The installer and plumber patiently answered all our questions and gave thorough, understandable explanations. They were polite and courteous at all times. They cleaned up after their work so no debris or dirt was left. We could not have asked for more.We now have a walk-in tub that will meet my husband's medical needs, functions well, and looks "handsome."The only reason that I did not give Newpro a 5 rating is that customer service and manager did not always follow-through with returning calls and answering questions in a timely manner.
