      Great experience from start to finish. Shower was installed in one day and it is beautiful. *** was a delight to work with. Friendly and very knowledgeable! This was my second installation done by this company and will definitely use them again. Lifetime warranty.

      We have had ***** at our home to fix or tweak our windows on different occasions and he is always so thoughtful and really cares about the quality of his work.Newpro has always taken care of whatever we needed for our windows and in a timely manner.************

      He did a great job at adding additional weather stripping to our brand new windows to prevent dirt from being blown inside. He also added chalking to the window trim where necessary. Newpro is an awesome brand that stands behind their work and products.

      ******* is THE BEST!!!!. GREAT person. Explained everything and he does the most to go out of his way. This man would be a FANTASTIC Manager!!!! OUTSTANDING with people and really knows his stuff.I am retired but was in a service business. I know what he goes through. If I had not sold my business, I personally would have hired him not only as a manager, but as a District Manager along with the highest compensation for his services!!***********************

      We had a shower stall replaced recently. ********************* proved to be an excellent craftsman, problem solver and leader of the team from NEWPRO.He communicated clearly letting us know the schedule of work.He is a true professional and a good reflection on NEWPRO. We would definitely use the company again.

      One of the best contractors I have dealt with. They were polite and courteous. They respected my wishes as far as tracking things through my house as I have allergies. I do not have a hatchway so they had to walk through the house but they actually took out the windows through the opening of the windows and passed the new ones through the opening walking less through the house. I have had contractors get a bit of an attitude with me on those grounds which irritates me as it is my house and I expect my wishes to be met. Also the new guys I don't think I asked his name was very polite he said he has worked for you for 1.5 months now as I asked him questions just to get to know them a bit. He actually asked me as he was walking in while outside working on the framing if it was alright if he used my bathroom. I thought that was nice. There is a bathroom down stairs where they were wirking and no one has ever asked to use it they just do. At the end of the day they wanted to make sure I was pleased with the clean up which I was. I had them use my sheets as tarps as Im uncomfortable in using anyones tarps due to a bad experience with another company. He took my sheets out and shook the off before he left them with me. He didnt just put them down anywhere he asked me where would I like them. They Cleaned up the driveway due to all the saw dust and so on. ****** ended with the paperwork and payment to your company and was concerned as to my satisfaction with his work. He even walked me through it. You are truly blessed to have both of them as employees. I give them the highest amount of stars plus some. Thank you
