      The contractor was timely and very professional. He exceeded my expectations with his organized way he brought in his tools and made NO MESS. He is truly a employee to be proud of. I will hire him for anything else i need and will recommend him and the company to my friends and neighbors .

      I couldn't be happier with my tub to shower conversion. All the people over the 3 days of the conversion were great. It took a little longer to get started but it was worth the wait. *************************** did the final day by himself and did an excellent job addressing any questions I had.

      ************** Was an excellent service technician. He did a great job solving my issues, even after taking a few visits to solve it, (not his fault). However, overall very disappointed with the product and customer support. Paid a lot for the shower remodel and not terribly impressed. Took a long time to resolve my issues, and hopefully all set now.

      ******* does a great job period! He knows his parts . And how to fix it. He knows my window parts needed on windows in the home I bought over 24 years ago. Hes a company asset and great investment. Keep him paid well.! Thank You ??

      I would absolutely use NEWPRO again. Everyone from **** coming out for our initial design plan to Rod coming to install our new bathtub was amazing. They really care about their customers and make sure you are happy with their product. They were very communicative from after the initial visit all the way through the completion of the project!!

      From the beginning to the end of my project, it was completely professional. The installer was neat, clean, precise, pleasant and efficient. My bathroom now looks like a resort. I went from a 40 year old tub to a beautiful walk in kitchen. I highly recommend a new pro.
