      Installation to get my walk-in shower was longer the expected, almost 25 weeks to get the work completed from the time I signed the contract. **************** and manager did not always follow-through with returning calls and answering questions in a prompt manner. The installer and plumber were A+++++. Their work was professionally done and of high quality. The installer and plumber explained everything thoroughly, patiently answered all our questions and gave thorough, understandable explanations. They were always polite and courteous.

      Fantastic install team. Installed on schedule. Got everything I wanted in my new shower. Everybody was great, friendly, and took great care to keep the install area and path to it spotless.

      I had a great tub/shower conversion I liked how with small obstacles in the way Newpro was kind, professional and courteous. Determined to see this project through!!
