      I had NewPro out to take a look at my roof. I was blessed with Roofing Consultant *********************. He showed up on time which really impressed me, explained everything in great deal so I would understand the process. They were more expensive than other people but you get what you pay for. The workers were fantastic! If you are ever looking for a new roof I would highly recommend NewPro and ask to work with ****** you wont regret it!

      ***************** did a great job fixing the towel bar/peg thing to get in and out of the shower and was helpful in teaching me ways to clean the build up in the shower. I greatly appreciated his input, professionalism and care.

      I had new windows installed April 2023 and was initially satisfied with them. Fast forward to November ************************************ from around the windows. My living room was colder than what I experienced with my old windows. They have been out to my house but have not been able to resolve the issue. In addition, the color of the outdoor trim was surpose to be cocoa to match the other windows in my condo complex. Instead there are two colors noted, one being the cocoa. My condo mangement has made me aware of this since their approval for Newpro to perform the window installation was based on the outdoor trim being cocoa. I am still waiting for a letter from the manufacturer explaining his findings from a visit to inspect the windows on January 9th 2024. The communication from Newpro has been poor. I have written letters and called with no return reponse. I have resorted to applying insulation material around the windows to keep out the drafts.
