  I have been paying my lease payment with TimePayment for the last 2 years via auto-draft. No return payments...nothing, All of a sudden I get an alert on my credit report that they have reported a 30 day late on my account. Not possible when all of my auto- drafts have cleared without any issues. They make it impossible to reach them via phone. I am beyond ****** and will NEVER use this company again once I pay off the current lease.

  TimePayment spoke with this customer on 12/4/23 advising that we were currently investigating the credit reporting issue and working to get it resolved. Since then, TimePayment discovered there was a technical glitch with a third-party software system which caused a limited number of current accounts to be reported as past due by Experian and we worked with Experian to successfully resolve the issue. Experian credit reporting has been automatically updated to reflect the account's current status and the issue has been resolved. A member of our customer service team will reach out to this customer as well.

  This company is not trustworthy with its policies. They double the price of equipment when financially and overcharged early payoff. Even though they never explain this in the being if you pay it off earlier you still charge an additional fee. However, the cancellation policy is explains can not cancel or if you return the equipment early you are still charged the full amount.I purchased a printer basis prices of ******** but at the end of the contract am responsible for *********. This should be unacceptable. On top of it, you have to have printer insurance on the printer if not it is another fee of *****, even though I have provided documents with the printer added to my insurance they still charge me the ***** plus property tax. This is a scam company that needs to be shut down.

  My account was sold to this company without my knowledge. I was not contacted by either company to inform me of the change. My payment increased because I didn't show insurance. The other company had my proof of insurance but I guess it was conveniently lost. After a year of paying I inquired about my balance and I was told it is now more than what I borrowed. This has to stop!!!! Crooks!!!!!

  This place sucks!!!! Bought a weld machine for ******, traded mine in , got **** for it. I needed to finance ******. So I contacted this place and the guy explained to me like this was a loan. I explained to him how we wanted to add on to our house and thats why I didnt want to get a new weld machine for ******. After I signed my papers, ****** turned into ****** plus the the money I lost on my machine, ****, now Im up to ****** and at end of lease I can buy it if I want!!! That would put me up to ****** for ****** dollars!!! Definitely getting a lawyer!!! This is bull!!! I dont see how this is legal!!! Crazy thing is it showed up on my credit report as ****** then a week later it jumped up to ******. Wish I would have took a screen shot of it!!! Repeating!! Definitely getting a lawyer!! This place is a rip off!!!!!

  be aware if you order restaurant equipment from unsaid company and they offer you to sign up for monthly payments until paid off, you are actually leasing them. Even at the end of your contract you have to pay a fair market value for them to be considered yours. If you do not make this final fair value price then your contract with unsaid company is bought out by Timepayment Corp. who then will go into your account and start taking monthly payments from you, in order for these payments to stop you have to now pay Timepayments fair market price. If you do not they will continue to take payments from your bank account. IF you stop payment with your bank, one of Timepayments other companies will start taking money from your account. My original purchase price for restaurant equipment was $8020.09 from WebstaurantStore they offered me to make monthly payments to BrilandCapital for $341.25 for 33 months. I was under the impression that i was to make these payments until the end of 33 months and the equipment was mine what I didnt know was it was a lease agreement and at the end of 33 months i had to pay $1023.25 more for them to be mine or return the equipment and pay a restock fee. My first payment was paid in February 2020 and for the next 33 months was paid on time I paid $11261.25. Then i find out Timepayment Corps bought this contract and started taking out $446 once in October of 2022 and every month since. I have now paid Timepayment Corps over $3000. Now they are telling me for the equipment to be mine I have to pay their fair market value of $1941. How does 3 year old used equipment appreciate? I have now paid $15000.00 for $8020.09 equipment and there is no end in sight unless I pay the fair market value to Timepayment Corps.

  I orderd an infltable from company it was not what i baught and it was in bad bad shape i refused it the company stop3d responding to me. Well ive contacted tympayment 8 time ive sent pictures to them i was told they would get on co tact woth company find a solution to fix this well ive called most of reps are nice bit today a manaher refused to give me her name was so rude to me then told.me it was buyer remorse no it not ot called it alot of money i want what i ordered . I have every tji g documented *** contacted my attorney today i will go after ttme payment and the other comapny it because they know tell me they wipl not help me if the company refusesbto fix or refund money . Not ok i was told buy another rep that they will step.in not how you do buisness im payi g for product that i dont have and tymepamnet d9esnt give a rats a** Not ok

  I had a lease contract with **************** who eventually turned into TimePayment Corp. I have complete my 33 month lease October of 2022 and never missed a payment. I wasn't happy with the equipment so I planned to return the equipment I leased and was expecting to receive my final payment notice with instructions after my final payment. I continued to have payments deducted from my bank after my final payment. I reached out to ******* Capital for assistance and was informed that it will get resolved and should be hearing back from them soon with more information. Never heard back from ******* but got a call from Timepayment a month later and started to letters in the mail asking for a payment every month after. I was informed for the 1st time that my account has be transfered to a month to month rental payment plan. I never gave perdition or opted for a rental plan. I reached out to Time Payment to get information and resolve this misunderstanding. TimePayment customer service was unhelpful and informed me that I should have received a letter 3 months ***** to my final payment, which I didn't, to confirm whether or not I want to keep the equipment. Since they didn't get a response after my last payment, they automatically opted me into a monthly rental agreement. By the time I found this out, I already had an accumulated balance of over $2000. Most of my question were, "past their paygrade." Time Payment continued to call requesting payment every month for money. They are not willing to hear me out with my situation, they only want their money. They attempted to pressure me to pay my balance with threats of a bigger payment in the future. They still attempt to take money from my bank. I blocked 3 different names they use to take money out with. They take random withdraws from $240 to $1400 and causing me a bunch of overdraft bank fees. I just want this account closed and for TimePayment to stop harassing me and trying to steel money after a year over my lease.

  Do not use this company. They keep adding fees and you will never be able to pay it off. I have filed a complaint with our state's attorney general in ********* and I recommend people that have been robbed by this company to do the same.
