1 starThis company is a ripoff. Total rip-off. I have been paying for equipment for 4 years. And now they say to own it I have to pay what they call Fair market price By the time I am done I would have paid almost triple the amount. The taxes and fees a month are also ridiculous. Do not use them they are a ripoff..

1 starThis company sold me faulty equipment. When I wanted it repairs they told me the issues were not covered. Then when I wanted to return the equipment and terminate the least they told me that my credit would suffer the consequences and that they would seek all legal means to get paid. I continued to pay for the inoperable equipment for three years, can't wait to get them off my back. I Will never do business with them again.TimePayment Corp.

1 starA predatory company that has no options whatsoever for financial hardship. No listing of the interest rate which is upward of 50 percent. Harassment by phone, text, and paper mail. if your payment is late. Plus a $50.00 late fee. The website is horrible and does not function properly. They charge a property tax, a statement billing charge, and a tax processing fee IN ADDITION TO the monthly scheduled payment tax, and then they TAX ALL OF THESE FEES! HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? There is little info about these fees: "*TAX may include sales tax and applicable tax recovery" is printed at the bottom of the statement. This is a NON-CANCELABLE agreement and it does not matter if you have a hardship. The buy-out quote for my equipment which was originally priced at $5000.00, is $9,541.88 if I choose to keep the equipment. If I choose to return it, I pay to ship it back in addition to paying them $8,669.00. Egregious. This company does not deserve one whole star.TimePayment Corp.

1 starThis should not be an accredited business with an A rating. Look at their reviews, they are a strategic predator. Yes they may not be doing anything illegal (questionable) but they definitely have poor intentions and are built to take advantage of their customers. Ive owned my business for 10 years, Ive dealt with many different businesses and this is one of the worst. The worst part is their contract, shame on me for not reading the fine print. They will tell you the terms of your lease, then you get a completely different lease. As most complaints will quickly show the legal lease contract is a non-cancelable commercial lease well in my case I received a damaged piece of equipment that I tried to refuse on delivery. I did everything the right way, pictures, description, notes on delivery paperwork, reported at the time of delivery, etc. I was given the runaround by both companies (timepayment & A best kitchen) eventually I needed timepayments help because I cant pay for a damaged piece of equipment. My formal complaint was reviewed by their legal team and denied how could this happen, they claim that I was the one that wouldnt accept the replacement. I was being taken advantage of, I had zero recourse, they bullied me. So I paid every single *****, in full & on time. Then they send me a email stating that now I owe them fair market value for the equipment. I DID NOT WILLINGLY SIGN A FMV LEASE. I would have never agreed to this. A fair market value lease is when youve paid for the equipment then you have to pay the fair market value to own it. In this case Its a scam! Generally with a fmv lease with a fair company you would get a significantly reduced monthly payment because you are essentially paying for the rent plus wear and tear. I was agreeing to a $1 buyout lease. Thats the way it was sold to me. That was my consideration when I purchased the equipment. Timepayment corp is taking advantage of their customers. They need to be reported.TimePayment Corp.

1 starSCAM company. I've submitted insurance for my business equipment since my contract began and have been charged EVERY MONTH for "additional insurance" throigh their company. Which is a difference of about $30 a MONTH from what I actually owe. Their website doesn't work, they do NOT answer phone calls, unless you call the collection department to make a payment... once they transfer you you get "disconnected". 1 starClearly my review does not matter...they have obviously ****** everyone they have ever worked with off!! Such a scam company. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of any processing company tied to this one. I was fed lies and sold equipment that did not work with my current pos system...even though I was told it would. I sent it back immediately...but still paying over $500 a month for equipment that I never even used. SUCH A SCAM!!! Not even worth a single star!!TimePayment Corp.

1 starThis company is HORRIBLE! On Sep 6, 2022 I contacted them to cancel my service. I followed the directions they gave me. Then they say I have to send it in a pdf attachment.... I comply.... with a message requesting a response. No response. On Oct 3rd I sent another message.... no response.... on Oct 8th another message.... no response. In October they withdraw payment then they reverse the payment. In November they wothdraw the payment. On Dec 1st I received a letter stating they had referred me to a collection agency for non payment. I called the company again today December 2nd. They told me my account is in the process of being closed. Put me on hold for 5 minutes for a supervisor and lo and behold there wasn't one available. Put my name down for a call back...maybe today maybe tomorrow. They don't know. I called Edge Securtiy Alarm System who wrote the initial contract and of course no answer. Both of these businesses are RIP OFFS.TimePayment Corp.

We have made 4 paymen*s *ha* ranged be*ween $450.00 & $392.00 abou* $1,710.00. Now we wan* *o pay off *he machine and *hey say *he pay off is $7278.54. How *he f*** can *he *he pay off be $2,000.00 more *han *he original amoun* of *he machine . Are you f***en crazy! 1 starThe worst company I have ever dealt with. Just like others that have posted, cant get a buy out quote. There Computer System has been down for months, my account has not been updated to reflect payments made, refuse to give me anything in writing stating that this is the last payment and completes my obligation, racking up late fees, being charged for things that I don't owe. The list goes on and on. This is nothing more than a scam to collect fees. Emails, phone calls, dealing with all kinds of different people and the only thing I get is "GIVE US MONEY, EVEN IF YOU DON'T OWE IT" Do your self a favor there a lot of other companies out there that one hundred times better to handle your equipment lease.
