1 starThe Reps go M.I.A. **** dont respond to emails. This is a scam they dont care if the sales rep lies about their services and then demand their money and now sales rep is no where to be found. 1 starComplete scam. Sales rep literally lied and crossed out items on the contract, one line that was crossed out, was the cancelation fee for the payment terminal agreement. Then TimePayment starts calling to demand extra fees compared to what we had agreed to, so I let them know I am canceling the contract and contacting my rep and they tell me it is "non-cancelable" and that he wasn't allowed to cross anything out on the contract. 1 starTime Payment Corp is a complete and absolute rip-off. Not only is their finance ridiculously high, their 15% late payment fee is predatory. Then, after years of making payments, their "market value" calculation somehow is equal to three payments (which is the maximum amount allowed for the contract).Time Payment Corporation is to be avoided at all costs.Review fromNoel F

1 starI'm sure you don't deserve not even ONE STAR. You lie all the time. It's true that your contract says "Non-Cancelable Commercial Equipment Lease Agreement" buy everyone wants to pay the total amount before ending it and in my case when I have called to your customer service asking the payoff your "kind" representatives, who are well trained to explain whatever you want the customers to listen less to resolve our issues, the only answers have been that the payoff would be sent to my email. ( I'm waiting it yet). When a company has so many bad reviews it's because this is not a good company. I only want others not to do the same as those of us in this chat.Review fromHillary M

1 starThis company really scams the hard working men. I don't understand how if you lease 8k worth of equipment the charge you over 8k in charges that they won't itemize because it's a lease and not a loan. Why are we being double taxed on our payments? Why are we also being charged property tax from my county? Will be contacting my county office, state, government, and international revenue services to file complaints. I would suggest every one to do the same. This company really isn't for the working man and we where pushed by the service departments to go this route to benefit our company, but really being charged more on the lease isn't beneficial for us. So please beware when using this company. Also don't reply to call the customer service number and speak to anyone because I already have and you weren't helpful at all and don't care. 1 starA total scam! For an $8000 loan, I have to make $400 payments for 4 years then almost $3,000 at the end!! What??? Or $400 payments for the rest of my life.

1 starAs stated by others this company and their credit card processing agents (LGP Services and Royalty Merchant Solutions are predatory. Was lead to believe I was only paying ***** a month for credit card processing equipment. after receiving back the contracts (one that was manipulated and another that was totally fraudulent) showed that I signed a contract for $199.00 a month for 48 months $9552.00 for credit card processing equipment (come on). Had a letter from Time Payment that said call if this was not to your understanding which I called immediately to no avail was simply told you signed the contract sorry about your luck. ****** learned on my part. I am going to blast this all over the internet to run away as fast as you can if Royalty Merchant Solutions, LGP Services or TimePayment call or come in to give their sales promises that are totally fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHARACTERS. Also TimePayment don't bother posting your cookie cutter responses (Everyone read their responses).Review fromTamaran B

1 starI honestly have no idea how they are getting away with everything they get away with, They arent on ****** for you to leave a review but, they claim it on there site. They lie about everything even when you have the solid proof. If anyone wants to do a class action lawsuit with them I will join in. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have personally experienced every thing in the other reviews on this site from this company. I've submitted insurance for my business equipment since my contract began and have been charged EVERY MONTH for "additional insurance" through their company. They fee everything even $10.00 free for mailing a statement when I have asked multiple times to stop sending me a paper statement. . There Computer System has been down for months, my account has not been updated to reflect payments made, refuse to give me anything in writing stating that this is the last payment and completes my obligation, racking up late fees, being charged for things that I don't owe. The list goes on and on. How is it legal to charge tax on top of a non-service or item? I urge the BBB to reconsider their rating they have given Time Payments and do recommend looking for other funding options before going to Time Payments.Review fromD. C.

1 starI can't believe this company has only received 80 complaints on this site.From the beginning when the agent who referred me to finance a piece of equipment using TPC who "suddenly" was unavailable to ************* after my concerns, to their legal department who blahblahblahers and the phone agents who repeat scripts- you can expect to lose money unexpectedly. Initially, I REPEATEDLY asked if I were to pay early would I not be charged the residual interest- clearly intending to pay off early without the additional charges from the **************. One lie after the other. TPC would not provide transcript of original phone call, all the way to the payoff. Unfortunately, there are no 0/5 ratings but this is a -2. "Suddenly" the website doesn't allow me to see my payoff balance... etc. etc Expect to have it hurt in the rear by these padaydaheadsTimePayment Corp.

The lessee portal was effected by a system migration and some functionality was unavailable for a time. Typical.If you truly were attending to the complaint, you would be aware that the grievance was not the maximum amount; it was my specific intent to pay earlier and not have the finance charges. Your agent disguised the fixed term under the guise that "yes you can pay not off early" "which I would have NEVER agreed to when I CLEARLY stated in the verbal that I wanted to pay early and avoid the total amount of the financing.... even though I CLEARLY made it a point several times that I want to pay early so that I would not be paying off total amount. TPC knows EXACTLY what I'm referring to, this is how (thus far) TPC got around it. I requested the actual transcript which I was given a nondescript BS response.
